This was an amazing estate. Everything was spot on includidng the location which provided the neesed privacy that our group looks for in a VRBO. No complaints here. The owner/host was always quick to respond to any inquries. Five stars indeed!

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay here in Dripping Springs! The house was large enough to accommodate our party. Kurt and Anita were very quick and efficient with our questions and needs from the time of booking until the day we left. We had a great time!

Loved the chicken coop

Great family reunion getaway. Host went to extra lengths to secure a ping-pong table for us so our tournaments could go on and on. There were 9 of us and our dog. Great gathering spaces.

Beautiful home and wonderful views

Every room had a great view. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Open concept allowed space for big family gatherings and game nights. Kurt was very responsive and helpful. The backyard has great trails for exploring down to the creek in the back of the property. It was very peaceful and the butterflies and birds were awesome to watch.

Wonderful family retreat. Start the day with coffee on the porch overlooking a beautiful sunrise vista. Daytime filled with family activities and relaxation. Evenings draw you in with beautiful sunsets. Each day is your own to enjoy.

Awesome host

Had family in for a wedding nearby. Communication and support of our host Kurt was too good to be true. He set a high bar for other hosts. Every need met instantly. Big help regarding local help we needed.

Magical!

What a treat it was to stay here! We had a group of nine adults and this house had plenty of space for us to spread out as well as several communal areas for gathering together. The house was clean, the kitchen had plenty of supplies, the views were breathtaking, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Kurt took it to the next level by walking us through the house, showing us how to use the technology, giving us activity recommendations, and responding quickly over the phone to any questions that came up. He also connected us with a wonderful local driver, which was really helpful because the house is pretty remote. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again.

Best experience yet !!

Our family loved this home! There was so much space. The house was immaculate :-) there were so many cool custom features and lots of areas for entertaining and visiting with friends and family :-) the pool was a blast in the hot tub was so nice for relaxing :-) Kurt came over and showed us the land and also helped us get eggs from his chickens. My four year old enjoyed this so much and talked about it all week :-) everyone in our group from the elderly all the way down to the young I asked if we could stay again and I am positive that we will :-) thank you so much for a beautiful vacation with beautiful views and a relaxing time that we will all always remember

Stunning retreat

I spent a week at this stunning property with my five person leadership team. The house is gorgeous, huge, stocked with essentials and amenities including the incredible pool, hot tub, rec room, movie room, outdoor fireplaces and seating/dining areas, and a gorgeous kitchen. We were a group of five women who each had plenty of personal space as well as our own bathrooms, we cooked most meals at the house and did some grilling, and wanted for nothing in terms of kitchenware. We spent our workdays in the beautiful great room and had plenty of options for individual working spaces. The property manager was outstanding, responding in minutes to any questions and helpful for anything we needed. The best part was that my boss was thrilled with the house and we're already brainstorming a return trip, so I look like a hero for picking the perfect place. Ten stars and I will be back, highly recommend this property for groups, families, work retreats or a local getaway when you need some space and relaxation. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect Home for Wedding Weekend

We were in Dripping Springs for our daughter's wedding and stayed at Kurt's beautiful home. He greeted us, gave us a tour... even helped bring in our groceries! The home was perfect for hosting a few friends & family for dinner the night before the wedding. The well-stocked kitchen, patio, grill, and beautiful view created a perfect evening. We had a mishap with the wooden floors and Kurt was so kind and understanding. He got started with the insurance right away. Kurt even texted us on our daughter's wedding day, "hope all is well and the wedding is a blast!" He is the perfect host with a lovely home! If you're considering this home, you won't be disappointed!

Fabulous in every way!

The week we spent at this amazing house was fabulous in every way. You will not find a more beautiful home than this one! It had every amenity we could possibly need. The pool and hottub are fabulous and look out over a spectacular hill country view. We had 4 couples comfortably staying in their own bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Kurt (the owner) was so accommodating and stayed in touch with us all week to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed. He also made great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area (easy drives to Dripping Springs and Austin). I highly recommend the easy hike to Hamilton Pool Preserve (make reservations in advance). The added bonus is that Kurt has a few beautiful chickens on his 30 acre estate, who laid fresh eggs for us everyday. This was the highlight of the trip for my 18 yr old daughter who insisted on visiting the chickens regularly! We will be back to this home for future vacations!
