Great !!

The house is beautiful, location is awesome, neighborhood and view leaves you speechless. I really enjoyed my stay for my birthday vacation . Once you arrive the house is easy to find, the park is within walking distance, there are friendly deers everywhere!! The house has everything you need to cook relax and it’s super clean.. I felt like I was at home so nice and quiet,, I will definitely come back this summer,, the host also will respond to any questions and there are games, water supplies for the lake such as boards kayaks and chairs to use if you need them. Overall this was one my best stays ever. Also there’s motor carts avail to rent to drive around the property which you will need going back and forth to the lake

Point Venture Paradise

Our family loved the layout of the house, the views, the sunsets, the friendly deer and taking advantage of the kayaks available at the house. We will strongly consider renting again. Many thanks!

Amazing Property

Some highlights of our stay: 1) The location is in a quiet neighborhood 2) The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to have the perfect stay. The kitchen was fully stocked!! 3) The neighborhood deer were just magical. I have more deer videos than I know what to do with now. 4) We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and drinks on the deck watching the sunsets. 5) We went to the pool multiple times but discovered the beach at the park and loved that! 6) We had a golf cart. It was fun but not a necessity. Everything was accessible by car. 7) The communication with Liz was top notch!! She was so wonderful to work with. 8) The electronic basketball game in the garage was a huge hit. I didn't want to be addicted to it but it became a quick family competition. So fun! 9) Next time (because we will be returning to this property) I would bring more things for the lake. We spent hours there enjoying meeting people and hanging out in the water. 10) We went to the restaurant once and it was great for drinks and appetizers and it was a fun atmosphere. 11) Highly recommend this property!

Quiet, clean, well stocked

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and had everything you need to cook. Even though we brought some cooking utensils just in case, the house was well stocked. It was cloudy most of our stay but the view was pretty amazing still.

Great Home!

We enjoyed the home, lake views, and amenities. The place was clean, with enough comfortable space for 9 (adults/kid mix). It was easy to access the community pool and lake. Elizabeth was very responsive to all inquiries and provided helpful information. We enjoyed our stay!

Lago Vista Getaway

We had an excellent time. There were 3 adults and 3 college age kids. We also went for the golf cart... highly recommend. The location is just a few minutes from either the marina/restaurant/bar or the park with a nice beach. The beach is crowded over the weekend, this being the middle of summer, but on Monday, near empty. We also took our 2 dogs. Our husky just loved rides in the golf car around the neighborhood as well as deer watching from the deck above. He also made friends with the chocolate lab across the street. This place was everything that they represented it to be, clean, easy to check-in, easy communications with property manager, etc. If you're looking for a place in Lago Vista, you can;t go wrong here. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful accommodations, very clean, kitchen was well equipped, drop down projector screen and fire pit were fantastic! We had great time with the arcade!

Really lovely property

My family of 5 was able to easily enjoy our time in this clean, new, well appointed home. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay, plus a lot of fun extras. The large projector and screen were great for movie watching. The basketball game in the garage was lots of fun for the boys. We loved all the deer that moved around the house and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the walk down to the lake park, basketball goals, and even tried out the kayak and paddle board. There were games in the pantry, plenty of places to sit and relax, and we really enjoyed the ice maker. We were unable to turn on the fire pit, but may have just been smart enough to work it out. Still, the view from the patio was pleasant. One challenge is the lack of close food options, but we ventured out to local areas and into Austin for food and additional adventures. If you don’t want to drive for food, bringing your own would be smart. Overall I would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Greystones is a true gem!

Greystones is a true gem. There is a full size basketball arcade in the garage that our kids played the entire trip. The kitchen is fully stocked. The 100" projector screen in the living room was a hit. Every room was immaculate and clean and the views were amazing. We used all the lake toys in the garage and our family will definitely be back for future trips.

Beautiful Sunset and Lake Views

This is a beautiful home and it was perfect for our group of 10- 4 couples and two tweens. We loved the open floor plan and especially enjoyed the patio and fire pit in the evening. The basketball arcade game in the garage was an added bonus! The kitchen and restrooms were stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the available air mattress and extra linens. Thank you Elizabeth for being so quick to respond to my messages. We hope to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the kayaks.
