  • We are excited to welcome you to this 3rd floor Boho styled apartment with Smart TVs and walking distance to local amenities such as the local grocery stores, restaurants and nearby community bars/restaurants. In addition to this, nearby highway access makes commuting to midtown/downtown austin and Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Leander a breeze. In addition to this, we're located approximately 10 minutes from the domain when commuting outside of peak hours.

    We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.

    You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

    Please note that you may hear some noise from the ongoing construction in the building.

    Please note that the plaster ceiling in the kitchen has a small chipped area. This is purely a cosmetic defect and does not affect the comfort or quality of your stay.

    Please be aware that there are permanent paint/hair dye spots on the bathtub. Rest assured, the tub is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. We are currently coordinating with management for the repainting of the bathtub.

    This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. We do our best to keep the interior clean and fresh.

    Austin does have bugs, especially when it is hot. We do regular pest control. If you do see anything, let us know, and we can have someone come out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs.

    You'll be provided with basic amenities when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply needs to be purchased on your own, especially for longer stays.

    We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.

    As of 11/19/2023 the TV in the guest bedroom is temporarily unavailable.

    Please be aware that the countertop has a visible burn ring, and there are some rust spots in the bathroom sinks. While these do not impact the functionality of the space, we want to be fully transparent so guests are informed before booking.

    Please be aware that a portion of the ceiling plaster in the kitchen area has come loose. This is purely a cosmetic issue and does not pose any safety risk. We’re actively working on getting it repaired as soon as possible.

    NOTE: Since your unit is on the 3rd floor, as Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

    There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance for safety purposes.

    To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This is definitely a “lived in” space (dirty walls, questionably “clean” floors and bathrooms). Cheap, dollar store soaps, etc. Don’t come here if you’re expecting a superiorly clean, and neat experience. I recommend fully checking all linens to ensure their cleanliness. My group stayed up late into the night and it wasn’t until the next morning that one of the people in my party brought to my attention that his bedding was unwashed and dirty when he finally was able to get into bed. At first glance, the bed was properly made and seemed clean (didn’t think we had to check it), but when pulling back the covers, the sheets were dirty and had several long hairs in it. He’s bald, and slept alone and therefore there is no way it could have been him. We did reach out to the host who was very kind and responsive but because we stayed up late we unfortunately missed the 12 hour window we had to report any discrepancies. So I highly suggest checking all linens as soon as you check in to avoid what happened to us. We did not end up staying the full two nights we paid for and opted to leave, and not sleep another night due to the bedding issue. We did not get our moneys worth of time, which is unfortunate but no fault to the host. We missed the 12 hour time limit to report any issues which is stated in their rules and the host attempted to fix the issue by guiding us to where we could locate clean sheets. This experience is simply just one of the risks of getting a VRBO.
