Great place

We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back. Communication with the house before and during the trip was great. Although this would not stop us from coming back my only suggestion would be to have tvs in other rooms. There is only 1 in the whole house. The pool was great the house was beautiful and clean. 0 complaints! if youre in Austin check out this location.

Great home - great location

House was exactly as described and pictured. Great home for any event or vacation, pool and back patio were also a great addition. Home owner is very attentive and responsive. Thank you!

Game weekend stay

Overall location was convenient-lots of homeless people which is sometime scary! House was nice but bathroom need a major update! Mold in both showers and toilets were child size. Main sitting area was very nice but tv didn’t work very well because of its age! Needed more king size beds! For what we paid I expected better!

Great for Kids and Adults

We had a great time at this facility. We were a group of ten, including two children and their mother; three twenty something’s; a married couple and two aunts. There were enough bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and with a measure of privacy. The house was well appointed and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do.

Great clean house next to the Bat Bridge and Austin downtown

Great house! The only minor nitpick is that the first-floor guest bathroom (not the master bedroom one but the small one) had water tap with a broken handle that fell off when I touched it :) I still managed to open the tap and get some water so no big deal really. Hopefully the house owner will fix it ASAP!

Nice pad

Nice pad . Dont like the fact rhat we are instructed to do a lot of things when a cleaning fee is charged…. Come on. i am a fellow Vrbo owner and would never ask guests to ‘chore up’ .

Great Home!

Great property. Clean, big, plenty of bedrooms. Needed more kitchen items: larger skillet, mixing bowls, tongs, spatula. Had to be very creative making breakfast. Enjoyed the area and will absolutely rent again! Thank you!

Great location to Rainey Street

Comfy and cozy rental. Had all the supplies for a great stay in Austin. Easy communication. Clean. The shared pool worked great as we had friendly neighbors. The location is excellent -- walking distance to Rainey.

Disappointed

The house itself was great. The walk way to the house is a stone path and you could not just roll your suitcase to the door which was difficult, we are not as strong as we use to be. The beds were comfy enough, the light in one of the rooms upstairs not working. Pool not heated and had a cleaning contraption in it which was in the way. Biggest complaint was the CONSTANT reminders before we even got to the property that ONLY people listed could be on property and it would be monitored (are there hidden cameras all over?) and you would be subject to a $2000 fine. So I couldn't even have my son come over for a cocktail before we went out for dinner for fear of a fine. Also, the safe neighborhood? Lots and lots of homeless people, and places within walking distance? Had to walk through several homeless encampments to get there. VERY uncomfortable!!

Great Stay!

Everything was clean and great neighborhood. The parking may be a challenge for big groups, but location is perfect for downtown and rainey st. Thanks again for the stay!
