Stay was great it was nice to be close to everything we needed as well as being able to be in a private area. Everything was clean and perfect. Way bigger in person. Being able to park in the garage was a plus! It would be nice to have TVs in the other rooms but only master and living room have a tv.

This property was absolutely beautiful and a great place for us to stay out of the traffic of downtown during the F1 Grand Prix weekend, but still easily a 20-30 minute drive to downtown and COTA (until CoTA traffic of course). Liviu was SO responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

West Lake Gem

Was perfect landing pad for our family. Beautiful views! A little difficult to locate initially. Sparsely furnished but fine. Comfy beds, clean. Had all the essentials. We’ll be back!

Comfortable, spacious, scenic

Our family enjoyed our stay. Spacious and comfortable. As advertised, a great view over the Barton Creek area west of town. We had no issues getting to downtown Austin. Apple Maps provided a nice back road way to downtown, near Lake Austin, if you tire of the highways. As some other reviews noted, all the essentials provided, though you may have expected a few more things that you may have at your home. Also, the neighborhood itself is convenient to church and retail. The host was accommodative to our requests and quick to respond. Just note, home is located on a access drive off the main subdivision road.. We wish that there were pathways to access the scenic areas beyond the subdivision.

Great Place - Wonderful Views!

There were five adults for two days, and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient to most parts of Austin (campus, downtown, airport). The view of the Austin hill country is spectacular. The house has everything one needs.

Clean, newer house with an amazing view

The property was very nice. Recently built. Completely as presented in the pictures, and possibly then some. Clean, comfortable beds. Very nice bathrooms. Amazing living room and 2 very nice decks as well. The kitchen space was very open, and stocked with a good amount of plates, pans and utensils, along with a nice toaster, coffee maker, and vent hood/oven/cooktop unit, as well as a 3 rack dishwasher to clean up with. I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a house that can suit 4 to 8 people comfortably.

Great view, but need to improve a few things

The view of the Austin area from the back of the house was wonderful. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy to get anywhere in Austin from that location. For the price/night, I would expect more in the house when compared to my previous experience with VRBO’s, Negatives: the home has basic furnishings and lacks decorating. No extras for families (like board games), no kitchen cloth towels and no wine glasses (although the owner tried to correct that by bringing over champagne glasses) and very little kitchen utensils (many of which were disposable plastic wear). Maybe most who stay there don’t cook but we do.

Wonderful stay

The house is spacious and clean with all the amenities. The location is very convenient but tucked away in a neighborhood with a narrow road to access. The host gave good directions. Excellent communication with host and easy check out.

Nice family reunion place in town

Excellent place for family reunions! My daughter’s boy friend visits us first time from San Francisco. Six of the family members stayed here . We enjoyed watching sunset on the deck. A lot of memories! Love this place! Will come back next time!

Very nice, clean, great view

6 adults, in town for a family Thanksgiving. Property is fairly new, and kept very clean. Lots of space. Could use a little more furniture in the great room and a rug to help with acoustics. Access to the garage that can park two cars helped as there is really only one outside parking spot. WiFi was solid. Location is great for almost anything you need to reach in the Austin area. And the view is not to be beat.

Graduation Trip

The property was absolutely beautiful and the owner was very easy to work with. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only suggestion that I would make would be to have more towels and washcloths available so you don't have to wash every day and to put kleenex in each bathroom. Very small requests but other than that everything was fabulous. Very well stocked home.

Beautiful views, quiet spot in the busy city

We had a great weekend stay with our adult children. Large common area was great for hanging out, beds were comfortable, great porch to sit out and have morning coffee. Host was responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again.
