Freshman Orientation

This little place was perfect for me to stay in while my daughter attended Freshman Orientation at UT. It was close enough for it to be a quick drive, but far enough away that I didn’t have to deal with major traffic. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning & evening walks and convenient to anything I needed! The owner was very helpful and communicated well. Pictures are from an early morning walk and a cute park a couple of streets over.

Clean and well stocked with everything you need

The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely rent this room again if I every come back to Austin.

Great Communication and Clean

Enjoyed my stay here during a long weekend with one of my friends. It is a cute and clean place to stay. I had one issue during the stay not related to the actual rental but it was taken care of quickly and excellently!

The property was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable! Check in process was easy, and the neighborhood was very close to great breweries and restaurants. We highly recommend this lovely SoLa stay!

2 week stay

When we arrived keypad was easy to use. Place was extremely clean the most clean place I’ve ever stayed at. The chairs where a little wobbly from use. Also the water pressure was not great but not awful. Very quiet peaceful and as posted. Would definitely recommend it’s close to everything and the school.

Delightful

This place was just what we were looking for during our stay for an event at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. I love to walk and it was a nice one to and from the venue. It is quiet, serene, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed at the property for nine nights; we found the location to be pretty good with lots to do up and down South Lamar St. The amenities were all functional, and the layout of the suite was very good for relaxing. It was as advertised and would recommend it to others if the location works for you vs the busier downtown area. The host was communicative and left us to our own which we prefer as well. Excellent location with potential for more

The location is excellent, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included which is a nice perk. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I wanted to give them 5 stars but there is room for improvement: 1. Water pressure is bad. Water is warm but the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Simple fix with a new shower head. 2. There was an odd smell of musk or lack of circulation when I arrived, perhaps a candle or deeper clean could eliminate that odor. 3. No in unit laundry. While there is onsite laundry I honestly thought it was in unit. Perhaps it was my mistake, nevertheless be aware it’s not in the unit or free. Overall I think a 4 is a fair review. If the two items above are addressed this could easily be a 5 star location.
