Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my daughter’s graduation. Everything was perfectly comfortable and immaculate. It is centrally located and near some great restaurants and walking trails. We would 100%stay her again. My only very very minor complaint is that there were no washcloths provided. But other than that is was perfect.

ACL 2024

We had three families, 6 six adults and 4 kids under 10. Plenty of space, well stocked amenities, and a cold plunge pool which really helped our aching bodies after each day of ACL! Would book this house again! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place for groups!

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! We had 9 girls total in our group, and loved that there were enough spaces for everyone to not feel cramped. The host is very thorough, and the early check in and late check out (although we ended up leaving earlier) was a huge bonus. Great location to downtown and to Lake Travis. Highly recommend!

A perfect house for a large group!

This property was able to house multiple adults. Trung was the most attentive host and checked in to make sure everything was going properly. He even left us some beverages and snacks for when we arrived which we all appreciated so much. I would highly recommend this property to any kind of group. We would all return to this property if we come back to Austin!

A perfect 5 star stay in Austin!

Our stay at this VRBO in Austin was simply outstanding, deserving nothing less than a five-star rating. From the moment we stepped into the home, we were welcomed by a clean and inviting space that exceeded our expectations. The house was impressively large, providing ample room for us and our friends, and the interiors were comfortable and homely. Equally pleasing was the outdoor area that was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The cowboy pool was a major highlight and greatly appreciated in the Texas heat! This house was not only wonderful in its physical offerings but also shined in terms of its location - situated right across from the Grove and Central Austin, it allowed us to conveniently explore the city. The host of this property deserves special mention. Her responsiveness and communication were top-notch, making our stay that much easier and more enjoyable. The home was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed, both inside and out, thanks to her attention to detail. In conclusion, we cannot recommend this VRBO enough. It added a significant amount of enjoyment to our weekend trip, and we are already planning to return on future trips to Austin. So, if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, and meticulously maintained VRBO with an excellent host, look no further!

Great space for a group

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! Great for a group! The house was so clean and it had everything you needed! The outdoor space is just awesome! Nice pool, great outdoor games and even yoga mats! Trung was an awesome host! Great communication and very quick to respond if we needed something or had any questions. Last, it’s less than 10 minutes away from downtown and located in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

WORTH THE MONEY

Everything about this place was amazing. The house was a really cool set up with plenty of room for our group. You are minutes away from the best restaurants and bars. The property manager here was also very helpful, he made the booking, check-in and check-out very easy and convenient for our big group. I would give a 10/10 recommendation on this place and will go back next time we visit Austin

Great property for a football weekend

The house and property were fantastic. Trung was very helpful with everything and communicating with her was easy. The house had all the amenities we needed and has plenty of space for a group. The tank pool was a great way to cool off in the Texas heat! Great location close to UT and downtown for a football weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Group Stay!

An authentic Austin experience! If you are traveling with a group of 7-10 people, this place is PERFECT. The hosts are friendly, hospitable, & accommodating. The space was pristine. We appreciated the beverages/snacks left for us, as well as early and late check in/out! This property perfectly accommodated our group, with plenty of beds, dining space, & hang out spots. 10/10, would stay here again!!

Perfection in Austin

This was the best rental experience from any platform that I have ever had. The host treated us like friends and VIPs. The house is perfectly set-up with equal doses of privacy and fun, with convenience on top of that (everything labeled, well equipped and stocked, thoughtful touches throughout). Everything was spotless. The backyard is SO much fun and a paradise for plant-lovers. Don’t miss the hammock! On top of it all, it’s a $10 uber from downtown. I cannot say enough superlatives about this experience. We will be making a stay here an annual tradition! Thank you!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The location is only a short 15 minute ride downtown and 30 minutes to Lake Travis. The property is a great set up for large groups with plenty of beds and common areas. I would highly recommend.

Lifetime Memories

Our stay was perfect! We were looking for a place that not only had outdoor space, in a safe neighborhood, was close to downtown, but also had at least five bedrooms. This property checked all the boxes. Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. The pictures were nice, but do not capture the beautiful of outdoor and indoor spaces. Both the main house and the guesthouse were spotless and inviting. We would stay her again! Our trip to explore Austin was amazing and was definitely enhanced by our stay.
