An hour away from Austin

The property itself was very nice, spacious, well-decorated, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The house was big enough to comfortably fit our group, the rules were clearly communicated, and the access codes were simple and easy to use.However, there were several things that could’ve made our stay better. When we arrived, there was hair all over the master bathroom floor and inside the shower, which made it clear that the bathroom hadn’t been swept or fully cleaned before our arrival. Even more concerning was that a portion of a wig was found under the dining table, one of my friends accidentally found it with her foot, which was definitely unexpected and unpleasant.Additionally, the listing led us to believe the property was located in Austin, but it’s actually about an hour away, not in Austin city limits, which was disappointing since I had specifically filtered for properties in Austin when booking.Another small inconvenience: although the property has a garage, two golf carts for rent were blocking one entire side, which prevented us from parking both of our cars in the garage as planned. Because of this, we decided not to park in the garage at all.One last thing to note, while the resort’s fitness center and pools are technically available, they are not within easy walking distance from the house. You would need to drive or rent a golf cart to get to those amenities comfortably.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the home itself was lovely.

Great family vacation home!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The amenities were great and the views were spectacular. The only suggestion we have is to make sure mattress protectors are on all the beds. The sheets were so thin on one of the beds that we could see through to the mattress strains. Otherwise this was a great experience. We plan to return next year!

Loved our stay at this quiet, picturesque location. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Great living areas, kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable Place To Stay

We came in for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place to have for family. Very clean, cozy, and the view was spectacular! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would highly recommend a stay at this place.

Wonderful weekend stay

Great house, wonderful stay

Just stayed here with a group of 8 adults. The place is exactly as pictured - nicely stocked, clean, spacious and well maintained. A few of us had to work a bit and the WiFi was solid. Bill was great and super responsive. The community pool is nice and clean and the restaurant on site basic but good. The roads are definitely windy but the view was great. We were all very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Setting

This place was perfect for our family of 8. Took advantage of the game room upstairs and loved the 2 balconies. We also rented a golf cart to drive around the area which was fun. Beautiful view of the water and even got a great thunderstorm at night to watch on the balcony. Although the pool was not open during our time there is was a pretty place to walk around. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to rent.

Spotless, spacious & tranquil

This property & location were absolutely perfect for our group’s visit to Lake Travis for the solar eclipse. Each bedroom was very comfortable and the common spaces (including 2 covered decks with incredible views) provided lots of space to relax. The amenities, location and incredibly thorough cleanliness made this vacation rental top notch. Highly recommend.

Peaceful family vacation

Wonderful and peaceful family getaway with beautiful views. The house was lovely and as described with pool and ping pong for fun and great trails for running and taking the carts to the beach club. Excellent stay.
