  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space
    This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. It is located a short 17 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown and the UT campus. Additionally, you will enjoy being close to the Domain and Arboreteum shopping areas. The lake is a short 17 minute drive as well. For your convenience, there are numerous grocery stores (HEB, Randall's), and pharmacy options nearby. We are pet friendly and pet charges do apply.

Exactly like the pictures. Cute and clean townhome, beds were comfortable, the reserved parking spot is definitely a plus. Check in and out process was very easy. Communication with the host was pleasant and prompt. Quiet neighborhood perfect for winding down. We stayed for an event at the Moody Center nice drive about 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Host was very commutative. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. Beds and rooms were comfortable! The parking was a bit tight for 2 cars but that’s the only thing I can think of! Overall, great stay.

The place fit the need that we had, especially with pets. Good comfy beds. The host was responsive. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pans, utensils, coffee maker. The property description should really state that both bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor to fully inform those that might have some mobility challenges going up and down stairs. We did not thankfully. Good to have 2 parking spots if needed! Washer/dryer worked well, that was after the city had to shut water off to the whole neighborhood for a couple water line breaks around the corner, after we had already started the wash cycle. That was odd to diagnose. Not the host's fault. He was able to find out the expected up time.

Vince was helpful when we had trouble with the front door. He got it fixed right away.The place was clean but could have more dishes and the pots and pans are pretty old. The dishwasher was not marked that a light switch had to be turned on to use so we hand washed until we found that out. A little sticker sign showing the switch would help. The dishwasher itself is hard to use as it is not attached to the wall and trays want to fall out so a new dishwasher would be good. Laundry soap pods were not out where they could be found so maybe put on top of washer?Otherwise very nice owner and good property to stay at.

Will definitely look to staying here again. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bath was more than enough room for 2-4 people. Close to lots of food and shopping.

2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom townhome included parking, a washer/dryer in unit, and some basic toiletries & supplies for soft skin, clean dishes, and clean clothes! This is an older property that has been renovated in the right places with a very modern look! Pets are allowed, but check with property regarding fees. Being able to stay at such a comfortable property while in town because my father was in the hospital; was such a relief. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I were in the area.
