This is our second visit to this wonderful retreat and it was even better than our first visit. We hosted family and friends for Thanksgiving and the A&M/Texas game. The layout is perfect for gathering with plenty of space for privacy as well. The hosts see to every detail allowing us to immediately start vacation mode.

We loved our stay. It was a great home for all ages. Every room was spacious and it was wonderful to have 2 living spaces plus an open kitchen. The pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent home. Lots of coffee, shampoo, lotion, towels and even snacks from the hosts!

This house was perfect! The house was big enough to accommodate all of us. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed a better equipped property! It literally had anything you could think of! And the outside pool space I just can’t even say enough about! The host of responsive and sweet! We would stay here again!

The Ultimate Family Retreat – Spacious, Fun-Filled, and Impeccably Hosted!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was designed with large families in mind. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, yet it still had a warm, homey vibe that made us instantly feel at ease.The layout was ideal – multiple themed bedrooms and bathrooms made mornings a breeze, and the open living/kitchen area was perfect for cooking, chatting, and playing games together. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved the large dining space for family meals.But the outdoor area stole the show – the pool was sparkling clean and surrounded by plenty of seating for lounging, eating, watching the game, and just enjoying the sunshine. The kids were constantly in the water, and the adults loved relaxing poolside with a drink in hand.A special thank you to the amazing host, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish.This home had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking for a place to make lifelong family memories, look no further. Wonderful Stay

We used this house for friends visiting from out of town for a celebration. The house is impeccably and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the details like themed bedrooms , welcome cookies, well stocked kitchen , coffee bar and even a foot massager. Kids couldnt get enough of their bedroom with the bunk beds.Our guests loved the experience . The owner was easy to communicate with and accomodated a late checkout and early checkin .Overall this home is highly recommended !

Best VRBO Yet

Three generations of our family were there with our best family friends. It was Absolutely wonderful. By far, the best VRBO we have stayed in throughout our many travels. Property was immaculately clean, well stocked, and snacks/treats for us throughout the home. Yard and pool were great, floorplan could not be better. We’ll stay here every time we visit Austin. Thank you, hosts, for a wonderful experience.

The house looked great online but was better than the pictures even showed! The house was fully stocked with everything that you need for a nice vacation. The host thought of every detail!! I highly recommend Sylvia as a host and her beautiful house in Cedar Park!!

grandsons birthday get away

We commonly use a VRBO to get together with family out of town and sometimes in town because we need lots of rooms and especially bathrooms. This was indeed the BEST experience we have ever had in the past 10 years. Not only was the home welcoming, the host prepared so many special welcome gifts including for our pets. A very welcoming coffee bar, bottle of wine and a basket of snacks. That was a first for us!! Silvia was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful, spacious, well supplied and taken care of, cannot say enough!! Thank you and we will definitely use this home again when needed.

This house was amazing!! Silvia was a wonderful host and was easy to get a hold of throughout our stay if we needed anything. The house was so cute and had everything we needed and more! The check in and check out process was so easy and check out instructions were easy to follow. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Austin!
