We had a wonderful time here. We loved the views and I loved the little notes around the house to explain how things worked or what to do. Also appreciated not being expected to clean the house spotless. (Of course we ridded up).

Small get way

From the beginning the communication with the owner went perfect. The area is very peaceful and has everything you need. Plus it was very clean. We have no complaints and we highly recommend this house for your stay at dripping springs.

Secluded, Peaceful, Well Stocked, Responsive

We had our thanksgiving feast with our family. It was peaceful and beautiful. We could see the stars as we sat next to the outdoor fire and we could go on a hike on the property before and after eating. The kitchen had all we needed. The bathrooms were luxurious. Thankful for the quality vacation!

Perfect Girls Getaway

Five of us stayed for a girls weekend. It was out of the way, a home away from home! Everything about the house was comfortable and inviting, I can't say enough. The hiking trail and the back porch are amazing..... The views from every window, every angle of the house! It's off the beaten trail, the perfect getaway from city life. It's close enough to the town to do some shopping & explore the wineries. The best of both worlds. I can't wait to return, with family or with friends. This little oasis is perfect ❤️

Weekend getaway

We needed a little quiet time away from the hustle bustle of our everyday life. That’s just what we got and it was so nice. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and our 4 month old granddaughter. We got to spend a relaxing weekend together. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, played games at the large dining room table, enjoyed the cowboy pool, coffee on the patio, and had our own space to relax at night. Would highly recommend this property!

Great Getaway

The property lives up to and even exceeds the description and pictures. The hosts were incredibly responsive from booking to checkout. The privacy was great. The sunset can’t be beat. My wife and I hope to make this an annual stay.

Relaxing staycation

I spent about 4 to 5 days here. The views were great. You can see the stars at night. We were able to see a meteor shower. Indoors and out doors were relaxing. The trail was calming. I will definitely try to come back again. I didn’t want to leave bc I felt like I had a break from life here! Definitely recommend

Fabulous Hill Country Getaway

We had a wonderful time getting away from it all while still having all the comforts of home! Our family (2 adults and a toddler) spent the weekend with our friends and their toddler at this ranch. The space was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids and SO CLEAN! The master suite upstairs (super comfy bedding) had a little room with a trundle where the kids loved their sleepover. The house was also equipped with plenty of toys, kid-friendly dishes, etc. We were impressed with how strong the AC was, especially given the extreme heat this summer. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the master, living room, and surrounding 10 acres with dark skies for stargazing were an unexpected surprise. We fully utilized all parts of the property - doing homemade pasta night in the kitchen, using the cowboy pool to cool off in the mornings and more of a warm soaking tub in the evenings, and walking the trail within the property with toddlers. We also loved the proximity to local destinations like Westcave Preserve for a guided hike, Dreamland Dripping Springs for their splashpad and mini golf, and Abby Jane Bakeshop for delicious breakfast treats! Jasmin was communicative throughout and check in and check out were a breeze - it was the first time in dozens of rental properties that we didn’t need to perform a whole checklist before checkout!!! Can’t wait to come back to experience the property in another season!
