The view

Not only was the view of downtown Austin from the roof of the building magnificent, but due to the unit being where it was we also had a great view from our balcony porch area. The lady that checked us in showed us upstairs, went over everything with us and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Don’t know if it was just due yo it being Christmas, but still much appreciated. Thank you to the lady and hope to book again for another even. One of the best nights i’ve had staying at a place from vrbo.

Bachelorette Party

Great place for a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party. The location is amazing and by fun bars and restaurants on E 6th Street. The unit itself is also great with outdoor space and rooftop area!

Perfect Bachelor/Bachelorette Getaway!

We had so much fun staying at the property - it's beautiful, clean, hip, spacious, and has everything you need on site. It's a short drive to both 6th and Rainey Streets, but you honestly won't even want to leave your room once you open the garage doors, sit by the pool, and lounge on the roof deck. Really great for groups.

Amazing stay!!

I don't think our stay could have been any more perfect! Each unit staying at the property had separate pool and rooftop accommodations which made us feel safe, plus we LOVED having our own space. Not to mention, the entire property is SO adorable! While the whole staff was extremely helpful, Shea especially made everything perfect. Thanks again for having us!!

Great place on 6th street

Not knowing what exactly to expect (they had not yet opened for business when we booked), we were amazed from the moment we arrived. Kristen met us and showed us around upon arrival. The downstairs had plenty of space to socialize, eat, or cook a meal. Upstairs, there were 5 lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The mattresses were topped with memory foam making for a great night’s sleep. One member of our group even commented that this was the first night she has woken up without hip pain in years! Keep in mind you will be staying on 6th Street, however. Restaurants were within walking distance. There was some street noise we could hear in the unit, but was typically quiet by about 11:00pm. Parking is also hard to come by. Uber was quick and reliable in the area though. Overall, I would gladly stay in this unit again if i was in the area. Highly recommended!!
