"We enjoyed East Austin and had a great time at this nice updated house. Pickleball courts at the park nearby were a great surprise!"

"Great location! Lots of natural light and plants and space. Futon room had a great stand-up desk plenty of space. I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud...

"First of all, the pool is shared with the 4 buildings that are on the property and they do not say in the states of the house, many beds were already damaged, the patio is shared with the other guests and the deposit that one leaves was never given backwards . But from then on the rest was okay ."

"Great spot with a responsive host! "

"We were in town for. BBQ adventure. This spot is close to all the best spots. Franklin, La Barbecue, were all within a short distance from this house. The location gave easy access to bars and I35 so getting to places that were a bit further out was easy too. Up and coming neighborhood. Safe and clean. 10/10 would stay again. If you like BBQ definitely give this spot a shot. But don’t go to Coopers. Overpriced and all the flavor of an old baseball mitt. Thanks"

"Beautiful property! Perfect for a large family gathering. Only complaint is pool was hot it was August but maybe some shade would keep it cool in the Texas heat. Otherwise it was amazzzing!!!! We had so much fun well designed for gatherings! "

"Clean property, exactly as listed, and the host is very responsive to messages and helpful. Close to a variety of bars and restaurants, and walking to or getting a ride to events at the Moody Center is not a pain. I would certainly stay here again!"

"The property was nice and as described. There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could...

"Great house. Very centrally located. Rooftop porch was amazing. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Adults loved the extra towels and toiletries. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. "
