"This apartment was pretty basic but met our needs just fine. It was a great location near UT, easy parking and very quiet. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to have what you would need if you did. Decor was simple but nice, bed/pillows are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a luggage stand or other table on which to put a suitcase. We would definitely stay here again!The only reason I gave “communication” 4 stars is because none of the links work in the VRBO inbox & you...

"Great place. Clean, nice bed, great location. Keurig machine and a welcome basket of snacks and coffee were nice touch!es! What I probably valued the most was having a designated parking spot right out front. That is so valuable in that part of Austin! The host was very responsive when I had a question. I would absolutely stay here again. "
