Welcome to our modern and cozy holiday home, Strandoase, located on the bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen, with a private bathing cove and sandy beach! The approximately 85 sq m house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room, accommodating up to 5 guests. The large garden invites you to enjoy activities and relaxation.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a modern shower room/WC, and a generous living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (e.g., electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine).

Next to the entrance is a small utility room with a washing machine and other useful items.

The staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, where you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, one of which has a single bed.

All rooms are modern and stylishly furnished and feature a TV, blinds, and Wi-Fi.

The large garden with a furnished terrace offers plenty of space to relax in nature.

In addition, there is a storage room for bicycles, scooters, etc.

The driveway has space for one car.

The private bathing area on the lake is about 50 steps away (accessible only through a gate).
