"El check in tardó mucho tiempo, alrededor de 45 minutos, hubo confusión entre la propiedad y el anfitrión. El aire acondicionado del estar comedor no enfriaba, nosotros hicimos el reclamo pero no tuvimos respuesta. La descarga del WC del dormitorio principal defectuosa. La comunicación en general muy poco fluida. Todo lo demás bien, las instalaciones son modernas y de buen nivel. "

"No nos gustó q cobraran el hotel por todo.ej.,El pick-up del aeropuerto es gratis,el drop-off se cobra 20 dolares US. El coste de un taxi normal es 200 cedis por ese trayecto(10€ aprox.) y Uber 25 cedis. Nos parece q tanto el pick up y el drop off deben ser de cortesía. La habitación bien..caro por lo que es. Quedamos dos veces en el hotel y ambas veces tuvimos q pedir la 2da toalla ya que éramos dos ocupantes no uno. La habitación tranquila,se descansa bien. La cafetería básica y no tenían todo q había en el menú. El servicio lento,tanto en la cafetería como en Recepción. Director muy atento por whats app pero no concedió descuento por 2 noches ni por hacer dos estancias ni siquiera con el drop-off; yo soy detallista y me faltó ese detalle. Hay hoteles mejores pagando un poco mas. Ubicación: muy cerca del aeropuerto y se llega a un centro comercial andando(10 mins). "

It’s also located near a convenience store, a café, a KFC, and a small shopping mall, which adds to its accessibility. The room is spacious, though the bathroom initially appears dirty; upon closer inspection, it’s actually worn and stained from use, making it difficult to clean thoroughly. The gym is small but equipped with cardio machines and a few free weights. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers a wide variety of options. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. The level of service was exceptional, with every staff member I interacted with going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible."
