"The price was cheap but I would not recommend the property. It is run down and depressing. My room had a deep depression under the carpeting near the bed that almost made me stumble. Upon checking in, I was charged extra fees I wasn't prepared for. There is no-one onsite during off hours to provide assistance."

Upstairs was a perfect open concept for the adults to gather inside or on the upper deck. The downstairs and backyard was ideal for the cousins to play, keeping the children's laughter from interrupting adult conversations. Having a bbq pit available was a plus. The beds were multiple,comfortable, and the combinations of kings, queens and twins...

"The apartment was a perfect place for us to cool down and unwind after exploring local parks during a hot couple of days. It was very clean, comfortable and stocked with items that supplemented our needs for cooking, laundry and more. The snack basket was a hit with the grandkids as was the wooded area they spent some time walking through. I would love to stay here again should overnight accommodations be needed in the future."

"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....
