"This place is beautiful! Overlooks the river. Hidden among the trees! Hot tub! Access to river walk right outside the door. Constance is great to communicate with. Stay here every year for a regatta on the river."

"The apartment was immaculately clean upon arrival with some nice "welcome" treats set out. Lots of space inside and comfortable. The property manager, Artina, was especially accommodating and responsive to questions and some specific needs we had. Would highly recommend this place!"

"Very cute, upper floor, condo unit with all the amenities that you would need. Working with the owner was fast and easy. I appreciated the brand new towels and pillows. The bedroom has a very large walkin closet but no drawers (the only downside). There was even a small balcony where you could enjoy your morning coffee."

"The property overall was nice, had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were in town for the Ironman 70.3 and were able to walk everywhere. Unfortunately there is a night club next door called The Pedal Pub. The Pedal Pub played music (had a DJ) so loudly that our windows were shaking! This is by no fault of the host but just an FYI if anyone books and does not plan on going out until 2am. It was very difficult to sleep"

"We stayed at the Cottage while attending the Masters. We enjoyed our stay. The host communicated prior to our visit providing information about the Cottage and the amenities provided, and restaurants in the area. She was very helpful and responsive in addressing questions we had prior to our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and have made reservations to stay again next year."

"This apartment is upstairs in a out of the way neighborhood. We didn't find it particularly comfortable. There's no TV's in the bedrooms, or convenient bedside lamp for reading, the bathroom door has a gap when closed, but the kitchen was okay. I needed to get back home to see my Doctor for health reasons, but the owner wouldn't consider a refund on the second night, yet he had scheduled work for that day in the driveway and asked me to move my vehicle."

"The house was clean and as ADV the beds we comfortable, all the new appliances Is it a little rough around the edges, yes, if you can look past some of the esthetics as in the quality of paint job and and finish work then you will be fine. The location was great, in a neighborhood very quiet. Also local supermarkets ( Lion King), gas stations all nearby. I would utilize this location for future travel, Communication and instructions were excellent."

"Clean, spacious unit in a developing area that is still quieter but with close access to I-20 and Atlanta attractions. A new Kroger is opening up across the street which should make shopping for groceries/gas very convenient. Kitchen has minimal cookware and utensils for meals in, so not for master chefs. Really nice to have 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms for adult travelers."

"The host and her husband were great. Had fresh fruit and water upon my arrival. Great to talk to when they were outside and I was coming or going. Even left me some sunscreen because the weather turned nice a sunny. Would recommend"
