"The amenities were in very good condition. There was lots of space (more than enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs!) Good sized outside, safe area for dogs.The furniture was practical and functional, the bed in main bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was very well equipped - especially kitchen and bathroom with nice clean linen and towels.Only one item missing ( and I've found this in most holiday homes) is a microwave cover, but we used gladwrap cover instead. Highly recommend this property for...

"We had a lovely stay at Perry’s Place.Everything was as described and it was great for a week away. The yard was secure and it was great to be able to take our dog with us for a long weekend!If you have an EV or PHEV, there are no accessible power points unless you have a rated extension cord. "This is such a wonderful holiday house! The views were amazing and fabulous walks in either direction. Great spaces that for everybody to be together or separate. Beds were comfy. The cleanliness in the house was good but the exterior requires a little tlc. But apart from entering and leaving the house, this was very minor. The team at Experience Augusta were super helpful and lovely to deal with."
