"WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. "

"Was disappointed about how there was no original art in this castle considering its history. All the canvas reproductions have it a rather fake appearance - one would get in Disneyland …… Time to commission - at least- some contemporary artists to bring a sense of authenticity & while also patronizing young Irish artists…"
