Esta dentro de.la green zone y el travia en la zona morada es gratis. Recomiendo coger un mapa de.la.ciudad para no salirse de eata zona con el tranvia sin parar ,la.musta puede ser muy cara ."

It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen. The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly. Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy. "

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"The hotel is excellent and very well located, right in front of Southern Cross Station. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with a great variety of options. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are wonderful and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Highly recommended."

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...
