After a few steps, you push the door and then you will be offered the large terrace which will attract you with its panoramic view of the bay, the sea, the beach and the coast. Every day you will witness the spectacle of the movements of the fishing boats, pleasure boats and the sailing school.
The furnished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a new traditional oven with microwave and grill function. Here you will find all the utensils and crockery you need to compose good dishes and taste local products: shellfish, fish, garden vegetables, excellent breads, pastries and pastries and many others that you will enjoy discovering.
The living room with its small sofa bed and television set opens onto the 15 m2 terrace. You can have your meals there, relax in the softness of the cushions, armchairs and the rocking of the breaking waves.
The bathroom with shower and closet is on the first floor.
A small spiral staircase will lead you to the bedroom under the sloping ceiling. The double bed is new and is 1.40m; 2 pillows in 60x60 and 2 pillows in 50x70.
The private and free parking space, n°68, is at your disposal at the entrance of the residence.
