30th Birthday

Great base to stay for a 30th birthday weekend away with friends. Only mention is one outside door to one of the rooms downstairs didn't open so to access the room had to go through the other room making it slightly awkward when people didn't really know each other that well. Overall great place and very enjoyable stay would recommend.

Gorgeous getaway

Really beautiful location in a chilled part of Waiheke. Enjoyed the ceiling fans as the rooms got quite hot in summer. The beach was walking distance and there were lots of lovely walls in the area too. The bach had everything we needed and Katie was wonderful to communicate with. Thank you!

Lady’s Weekend on Waiheke

We are 8 women who get together once a year for a good old fashioned catch up. The house was lovely, and the deck views spectacular. We loved the spa and enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be more seating in addition to the couch as we’re getting a bit old for bean bags 😂.

Fantastic View, Private and Serene

This lovely property sits on a large, heavily-forested lot, so it's really private and peaceful -- while still providing a fantastic view from the deck over Omiha Bay. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean, the kitchen has pretty much any utensil and appliance that could be desired (along with a supply of spices and some staples), and the beds are comfy and roomy. The only way I could see this property being even better would be to have more chairs and some footrests in the living room. [I would say that this bach only accommodates 8 people if 2 of them sleep together in one of the large beds, otherwise it's 7.] Our group loved this place, and would definitely stay here again!

Waiheke Break

This home is lovely and suited 4 couples well. The view is extraordinary and the facilities very good. The out door table was perfectly situated with the sunset and view of the city very pretty. For 8 adults it really needed a couple more chairs in the lounge. The only thing to note is that although we only intended to take to cars we ended up with 3 because of circumstances and the driveway is steep and we had to back up the drive.because we had bike racks and the parking area only just fitted 3 vehicles all bigger cars though. Loved it though. Short walk to the beach. Make sure you go at low tide though.

So much to explore here and views are amazing!

This property is so lovely and really well set up with everything you need. The games cupboard was awesome and all the cooking essentials are there to help make the most of the top quality BBQ. We chose a winter escape and the fire kept us all toasty. During the day there is so much to see by foot and the kids even got a quick swim in! Thanks for having us- we will definitely be back!!

Breathtaking views

Property was clean and well equipped with breathtaking views across the bay. Our host was warm and friendly and had good local knowledge. The Spa was a delight and quality levels were checked whilst we were there which was reassuring. Only thing that would be an added bonus would be aircon as was quite hot when we stayed. Thank you 😊

Beautiful Escapade

We had a great experience staying in this wonderful house. It is lovely, clean, spacious, easy and quick access, quiet, fast wifi, the view is amazing, the spa is perfect. Great place in a wonderful location. Relaxed and easy. Everything was there that we required for our stay. Fly screens the only thing missing with mosquitos in swarms at night. It meant keeping everything shut after dark. However, small issue overall during a beautiful stay.

In our group 4 couples stayed at the Sunset Sanctuary. The property was spacious and had everything we were looking for. Quality bedding/towels, comfortable beds, plus all the amenities you could want. The appliances were all top of the range, easy to use and worked perfectly. The hot tub was fantastic with a view to die for. We loved the fans in the bedrooms, the bean bags and the eco friendly products around the house! Our stay felt very luxurious all round, thanks for an awesome time!

We loved our week here - two families of four and we were all very comfortable. The house is clean, modern and well equipped. The views back to the city are spectacular and the large balcony around three sides of the house provides great indoor/outdoor options all day and into the evening. We would return.

Stunning views in a stunning location. It was a nice escape from the mainland and an easy set up perfect for a base to see the wineries of the island. Definitely bring your swimmers for the spa pool!
