I booked a "Studio" based on the online photos, but the room I received looked nothing like the listing. Management claimed the discrepancy was because I was on a higher floor, yet even accounting for a different layout, the room lacked the specific amenities shown in the pictures. They eventually admitted the "Studio" category only guaranteed a high floor, not the features advertised. I ended up having to pay extra just to move into a functional, standard room. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Do not pay for higher room categories here—it is a waste of money and classic false advertising!
I spent Christmas dinner here and had a pleasant experience with the service, specifically thanks to Lucas, who was excellent. The manager was also very helpful. However, the elevator situation was a nightmare; they blocked certain floors, forcing guests to go down before they could go back up to the restaurant. While the food was tasty, the menu felt limited for the price point. Additionally, the drinks service felt chaotic. I would suggest offering tiered packages (Non-alcoholic, House, and Premium) to make the process smoother for guests.
