• No Parties/Gathering : Strictly enforced Quiet hours (9pm - 7am). No unauthorised visitors. Breach of this will result early termination of stay without refund.

• Children: No safety features for young children. Adult supervision required. No touch of Decorative items.

• Shoes: No shoes on the carpet.

• Sofa Bed: Additional Charge of $50 per night for use of Sofa bed for guest number 11 or less.

• Cleaning: Guests are asked to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy during their stay and before check out.
