    Longer Stays:

    - Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

    Check-In and Check-Out:

    - Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
    - Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
    - Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
    - Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
    - Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

Easy checkin.Heating/cooling system took a bit to figure out, but worked well on the ground floor. No cooling on the upper floor or 2 of the bedrooms, so they got hot.Pool was not very clean, so I had to clean it myself before the family could go on.Location was nice and quiet views were great.

A lot of similar feedback to previous reviews. Positives were the generous sized living areas, great view/location by the beach and easy check in process. However the house felt quite damp, areas of mould, appliances not working properly and gardens very overgrown. We also had multiple visits one day from someone moving belongs out of the propertys garage which isn't really what you'd expect when renting a place for exclusive use.

Stunning location.

Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Stunning Views

We stayed with our two children and my parents-in-law, and the house provided plenty of space and comfort for all of us.From the moment we booked, the communication was clear, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The house is spacious and offers stunning views that made our holiday truly special. The kitchen and bedrooms were luxurious, and we appreciated the thoughtful design throughout.The few issues we encountered (like the pool and oven) were promptly addressed with excellent service, demonstrating the host’s commitment to ensuring a top-notch experience. We especially appreciated how swiftly missing utensils were delivered and the pool cleaned after raising our concerns.The pictures in the listing create a slightly more polished impression, but rest assured, it remains a delightful and comfortable home.Overall, this was a fantastic holiday experience. The attentive service, combined with the luxurious comfort of the home, made our stay memorable. We would happily recommend this property and the attentive team behind it to anyone visiting Auckland.Thank you so much for hosting us!Best regards,Martin and Family

Great Location.

Ultimately the positives outweigh the negatives. This property is in a fabulous location & the multiple entertainment spaces were great for hanging out after immensely busy days at work.Positives:The location and overall feel of the property was great. The view of the harbour and the size of the rooms were well received. The Master Suite, in particular, was outrageously well appointed and had a great flow to the terrace. The apartment downstairs was very modern and well appointed. Several dining spaces gave us ample choices of view during dinners. The multiple lounge spaces were fabulous for hanging out & unpacking the days events.To Be Improved:We arrived to the gardener clearing out shrub sized weeds. While he stayed late on our first night, and made a valiant effort, the grounds were too far gone for him to clear out on the day of our arrival & we ended up dining amongst the well established weeds on the Astroturf patio. Upon discovering that the pool was in an unusable state, we advised the hosts almost immediately after arrival. The pool was not cleaned until the day before we checked out, which ultimately prevented us from using it at all.I did find it surprising to receive a suggestion that we take carpet protection insurance, as the carpets in the lounge were a collage of spills and red paint transfer from the red concrete terrace. The black mold on the ceiling in three of the bedrooms should be addressed.
