Basic, shared entry, clean but no working wifi after 4 days.
The property is a house, with a one & two bedroom apartments. To get to this one bedroom, you walk up the deck stairs, past the living room of the 2 bed, down another stair to the lock box. There is no sensor light or signage from the front. Arriving in rain and the dark was not easy. If it is a nice day and A sensor light is needed. To turn on the porch light, you need to open the lock box, open your front door, then access the porch light, then open a very flimsy door to your private area. The apartment was super clearn. No fault there. It is basic, but after getting inside, things were ok. I had 4 days of no working Wifi, TV or Netflix. Day 3 'Stayhub' did send someone over after getting my consent to enter the apartment while I was out, but it did not get fixed. After 4 days, I checked out. I have had to chase Stay hub, and get Vrbo to call them to get my deposit back and a refund for my 3 unused nights. Not ideal. As a single female traveller, I would probably not stay again as it feels quite isolated around the back of another apartment, with no outside lights etc. Clean, basic and they did message back, just did not get resolved and that was FOUR days of no internet/TV/Netflix!
