comfortable a 5 minutos de la estación del tren
Ambiente muy agradable con muy pocos huéspedes, silencioso en una zona residencial ,rodeado de pequeños restaurantes y tiendas pequeñas. 5 minutos de la estación de tren Remuera y frente a paradas de autobús.

ok but not too nice
The hotel is nice buy a little untidy with boxes and paper all in the floor, the vigilan camaras give you a sensation of a not seure place but i dont really know. The personal is not too friendly.

No duvet cover or blanket, pillows half inch thick, pillow slips slide on each other, couldn't lock door to exterio0r car park, no plug in bathroom sink, initially no towel! no over to shower hair trap, beds not remade, or towels replaced each night (stayed 4 days), insect on bathroom floor, people working there say they don't work there? lights inside don't work, or bulbs blown., remote control battery died and no cover to it when batteries replaced. Very smelly rubbish skip in the car park. Horrible inadequate basic facilities... even a school holiday camp would be miles better. I complained about no towels or remote working on one day and they did fix this and put a duvet on the doble bed but I wasn't keen to complain as felt it wouldn't be appreciated... scary.

We just couldnt stay in there. We paid a decent price, walked into room. Found stains on covers of beds, bathroom had mold in it, cabinets needed to be fixed. Also room smelt very damp & dirty. We put key on sidebar & went & found another place to stay.

Needs a good tidy up and updated then could charge a lot more. Location was handy for an event we went to. Aircon wasnt working.

This has to be the worst place to stay ever! A group of my friends and I, booked 2 rooms for the night for new years. The new rooms were filthy. Mould on the corner of the ceiling, dust and more mould on the heat pump, can see more unknown spillage on the table leg that looked like it had been there for a while. There was no bath towels in our rooms. Had to ask for them. To top it off our room got broken into by the people who may or may not live there and had stole our car keys and many valuable things but some how they did not steal our cars. The service of the investigation seemed very good yet the effort of calling the police and dealing with the people who live at the hotel (may I say didn’t mention in their website about the hotel also being an emergency housing place as well) was very poorly concerning as to they didn’t seem to be bothered. Though I believe that’s all they could have done. I was not the only one that had their stuff stolen that night. But I can certainly say things have been stolen a lot based off the people who have lived there. I can’t seem to see why anyone would want to stay over at a place like that with no security and there was no slide bolt on the sliding door which is real easy to break in, along with really bad quality cameras. Anyone wanting to stay there PLEASE BE AWARE!!! It is not safe at all in my opinion. I mean things happen, out of anyone’s control, yet my main issue is that I don’t recommend this place is safe at all. I’m sorry

The location was great, we had to travel to Kingseat daily and the proximity to the on ramp to the southern motor way. Saved us alot of travel time.

No room service, I had to ask for my towel to be changed, just didn't come up to the standard of a modern motel, and for a 5 night stay I would have expected the sheets to have been changed, no luck. The web site of this motel needs to be updated because it shows a nice comfortable motel with restaurant attached, not true, the web site also says that it is only a 10 minute walk to the Ellerslie events centre, that rubbish, it took me 30 minutes and I'm fit. I really wouldn't recommend this property to anyone unless they don't mind roughing it.

Really old pillows with no infills and no chair in room to enable to sit and do work. Too many cars parked in driveway which hindered access to check in area and property is overgrown with weeds.

Did not stay as had conflicting stories about whether i had a room or not. 1 rude stafg member and 1 who apologized for him. Not worth staying there. Pay more amd stay elsewhere!

I chose cheap and regret not paying $20 extra for a more pleasant experience. So run down and tho seemed clean the facilities are in such poor condition it felt unclean and unkempt.

Motel complex was very run down and was in need of serious repair. Room was clean but shower leaked and sink area was rotten etc. Also there was rubbish outside the room and the skip was full and the gardens were very overgrown. Would think twice before coming back here

The photo does not represent the true condition of the motel outside. Room was not serviced over the week we were there. We had to ask for fresh towels,more teabags, dishwash to wash dishes and teatowel to dry them,and had to take the rubbish to the office to be emptied. Also had to wash the dishes in the handbasin in the bathroom. The microwave did not work but was replaced immediatly after we notified the staff. The staff were friendly and obliging when asked to supply items. But the motel seemed to miss the mark on the basics. Not recommendable.

Key was left out for our late check in which was much appreciated. However the beds are very old and the springs have all popped through which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. No remote for the aircon. Only one towel provided for 3 guests. Two of the lights didn’t work. Rubbish in bin from previous guests. Overall it was not a great experience..

We stayed for 4 nights no service the whole time, aircon didn’t work, the place was absolutely disgusting, foul smell around the whole place from rotting rubbish outside. A tatty nightmare that is a disgusting reflection on our land .

It was tired but clean enough. It was fairly cheap so I didn't expect much more. Staff were friendly. I was only staying one night to go to a medical appointment so fitted my needs. All good

Definitely not worth the money paid. Service on arrival was very kinda careless. No run down of the property just asked for ID, didn’t say what it was for but they took it and photos of it anyway. Wifi wasn’t accessible until we had asked. Just a very run down room and the window in the bathroom didn’t even fit the frame. So kinda scary

The property is convenient and parking is good We were very disappointed in the condition of the grounds. The photos on their website give a false impression of the maintenance. We were disappointed in the quality of the towels and there was no tea towel for the dishes. We had wet towels the 2nd night we were there and the rubbish bin had n ot been emptied. Not what we expected. Sorry.

The property needs a lot of maintenance done and the units need a spruce up. Although close to the motorway it was very quiet.

Very dirty unhealthy fridge wasn't clean room stunk not even proper pillows. When I spoke to reception they said this is what you get for the price. Absolutely disgusted

Very rundown. Needing an uplift and property clean up. It appeared that the property had been seriously flooded. Management not available until 9 am. Asked for receipt and told that Expedia would supply that!!

The bed crippled my back the room was full of mold, no water pressure, no towels, service was non existent, the place had police and baliffs visiting. Worst stay I've ever had at a motel. Should nit be alliwed to swrve public.
