Set over two levels, it offers two lounges, dining for 10, a full kitchen, covered outdoor dining with BBQ and heater, a 65-inch Smart TV and parking for three cars. Eight guests sleep in fixed beds, with a double sofa bed available for guests nine and 10.



The Space:

Bella Seven is a spacious three-bedroom home arranged across two levels, with multiple living areas and a location that puts Oneroa Village, nearby vineyards and Matiatia Ferry within walking distance.



Floor-to-ceiling glass and large sliding doors bring natural light into the main living areas.



Downstairs



The main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the ground floor.



The lounge has a 65-inch Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system. The adjoining dining area seats up to 10 guests.



The full kitchen has Bosch stainless-steel appliances, generous bench space and storage for preparing meals for larger groups. A coffee plunger is also provided.



Sliding doors open to a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, clear café-style weather screens and an electric heater, allowing the space to be used in a range of weather conditions.



Bedroom 3 is also located downstairs and has a queen bed. A full bathroom and separate, well-equipped laundry are on this level.



Upstairs



The main bedroom has a super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and access to a private deck with outdoor seating and leafy views. The super-king can be divided into two single beds when arranged in advance.



The second bedroom has one queen bed and two king-single beds, accommodating up to four guests.



A second full bathroom is located nearby.



The upstairs lounge provides another separate living area with a wall-mounted television. A double sofa bed can be prepared here for two additional guests when requested at the time of booking.



Heating and cooling are provided on both levels, including air conditioning servicing the upstairs bedroom area.

Eight guests are accommodated in fixed beds. The sofa bed is required for bookings of nine or 10 guests.



Guest Access:

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on same-day bookings. Guests have full access to the home, outdoor areas, and on-site parking



The Neighborhood:

Bella Seven is within walking distance of Oneroa Village, with access to its shops, cafés and restaurants.



Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards are also within walking distance for tastings and meals.



Matiatia Ferry Terminal is approximately a 20-minute walk from the property.



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance and connects easily to Onetangi, Oneroa, and the ferry terminal. Buses stop outside major vineyards including Cable Bay, Mudbrick, and Wild on Waiheke.



Taxis on Waiheke are expensive, and private drivers can also be costly. Hire cars, scooters, and e bikes are often the most practical and cost effective way to move around the island. On site parking is available at the property



Other Things to Note:

This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels.



Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the sofa bed made up.



A porta cot and highchair are available.



Waiheke relies entirely on rainwater tanks. To support sustainable living and protect local supply, especially during the drier summer months, we ask guests to be mindful of their water use during their stay.
