We had a great stay for Thanksgiving and Iron Bowl. The location and a parking spot was ideal. The place is exactly as pictured. Comfy beds. Nicely furnished. Clean. Amanda was a wonderful host and was communicative and quick to help us with a check-in issue. We appreciated her promptness in addressing and correcting that issue. I would not hesitate at all to stay there again if we would ever visit Auburn again. We were not bothered with the bar noise but I could see where some would not like that. Each bedroom does have a noise machine (rain, thunder, summer nights, etc, to help provide a more relaxing sound).

This property was wonderful. Very convenient and spacious. I rented 2 properties from the same host for the family Auburn football weekend. This property has a balcony overlooking Magnolia Street and was a great place for the kids to hang out. We parked our car and walked everywhere - downtown and the stadium. I will definitely rent this property again.

Completely as advertised! Beautiful space and so clean! Right in the heart of everything. Steps to campus. Steps to great food and drink. Park your car and walk it. It’s just a perfect place to stay. And all the Tiger and War Eagle accoutrements were fantastic. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again.

You know how in many listings the photos make the property look better than it really is... not here. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We would absolutely stay here again. + Amazing location close to everything. + The beds were very comfortable. + The AC and noise makers made enough white noise that we were not bothered by the bars/nightclubs next door. Granted, not all of the students were back in school when we were there. + We could walk anywhere we wanted to go: meals, shopping, campus, etc. + Parking wasn't an issue since we only had one car. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great rental located right in the middle of town next to the university! Beds, location, furniture are all excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. Having a parking space included was nice. We didn't use the car the entire time. Fun to sit on the patio and watch all the action going on in town. Many restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores, all in walking distance. Read in other reviews about it being noisy because of the bars close by. Did get a little loud on Saturday night but nothing outrageous. Unit had noise machines to cancel out the sounds if we needed them, but we didn’t. We will definitely stay here again.

War Eagle! apartment

The apartment was fantastic- came with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The location is central to all the activity (including the nightlife, fair warning!) so you can park your car in your spot and walk downtown or to campus. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location

Everything was as described and you can not ask for a better location. Walking distance to stadium. Is a little noisy at night due to being right next door to a couple bars but not bad. The kids and everyone enjoyed their time and we will definitely look forward to staying here again.
