Fun Spot in the heart of town
Very nice and large place right in heart of Auburn. It's near the bars so it's fun and happening. Everything is walkable and the unit has everything you need.

Great property; terrible noise
Pros: This is a beautiful unit. Well-furnished and clean. The beds were insanely comfortable. It’s incredibly convenient to all things Auburn and walkable to all of campus and downtown. Private parking is a definite plus on busy event days. Can’t beat the view if you love Auburn. Cons: Really just one: the late-night noise. The listing is up-front about this, but I read several reviews saying the noise was “manageable” or “okay” due to the provided noise machines and box fans. It is not okay. No amount of white noise can cover up the bass pumping from Southeastern that literally shakes the floors and furniture. Totally my fault because I didn’t heed the warnings in the listing and instead focused on the reviews saying it’s not that bad. We were wide awake until 2:30 AM and actually left and went to a hotel for our second night so we could get some sleep. If you want to party until the bars close in Auburn and have a super-convenient place to stumble to and fall into a really comfortable bed (seriously so comfortable - I was really disappointed that I couldn’t sleep in that amazing bed!), this is absolutely the place to book. But if you’re not okay with being awake until 2:30 AM, you’re going to want to go somewhere else.

I am disappointed that our upfront warnings about the noise and warning to please be wary of booking if you are a light sleeper were pushed aside and the reason this review is a 3 of 5 stars is noise. Review are everything in this line of work and it will take us months to make up the ground lost on this one bad review. We are beyond upfront about the noise and the proximity to downtown venues. We ask that you PLEASE don't book if that is a concern and we ask even more that if you read all of that, still decide to book, and LOVE it all aside from the noise, please do not punish us with a low rating when we could not be more open about the potential for an issue.

Beautifully decorated, clean and perfect location near campus mid-week
Loved the decor and cleanliness and layout of this property. So very comfortable. We stayed Sunday thru mid-week so did not have any interaction or issues with the bar life near by so did not experience any noise issues. Location was great for family looking to tour Auburn since all was in walking distance and great way to prospective students to get a feel for downtown. Many restaurants and shops near by. NOTE: only accessible by stairs so must be able to carry suitcases up two short flights of stairs. Not issue for us but could see it as issue for older guests or anyone with injury or disability. Loved our stay here, Would absolutely rent again.

Great place!
The condo was really cute and immaculately clean. The location is prime if you want to be right in town by the restaurants, shops and bars. It is basically right over one of the clubs and as stated before and the music is loud and did go on until 2am. We were there to see the kids though, so we were so happy with the beautiful place and great location that we were ok with the late night noise.

Excellent location, really nice place
Condo was very clean, comfortable bed, quality linens and furniture. Love the decor and old building details. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Bar was steady background noise late at night but didn't bother us. Never needed the provided sound machines. Host communicated well and instructions/expectations were clear.

Fantastic condo in great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this updated condo during Mardi Gras weekend. The location couldn't have been better, nestled between Skybar and Southeastern, and was walking distance to everything. Our Auburn kiddos and their friends loved the "penthouse"! Yes, there is some noise, but the thoughtful inclusion of big box fans in the bedrooms made it manageable. We loved the 8-person high top table, built-in bar, and the patio area. We did a little cooking and felt the kitchen and cleaning supplies were well stocked (but I was in need of a sponge, believe it or not). Not a big deal though. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were impressively spacious. Despite a few minor issues, the property manager was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed our concerns. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend it and will rent here again.

And I would like to say again when we checked out today I noticed there was a lot of trash on the front deck. But the music was so loud from the bar next-door that we did not realize that people were on the private deck, or even next to the house. My son and I were asleep. Or trying to sleep. But someone had broken into the private property deck and apparently had a party. That was not me or my son or his friends. If I had known, I would’ve said something and gone out there and kick them out. But I did clean it up. I’m as upset as the owner is . …..

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, had a great location and described perfectly. I sleep with noise canceling headphones at home and you will definitely need them here. It was quiet some nights and bumping other nights. Don’t stay if noise/loud music bothers you! We’re all adult night owls so it was completely fine with us but the reviews and description is correct. I’m sure in the warm weather it’s a blast to sit outside and people watch. We will absolutely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

SUPER location
Very convenient, don’t need to move your car, can walk everywhere, so perfect for family with teens as everyone can go separate or together ways. As mentioned, next to super happening bar but had fans and sound machine to drown out noise at night. Very cute place!!!

Best Game Day Stay
We had a great time! The description was accurate and yes, there is a lot of nighttime noise, but one room is much quieter than the other and the one closest to all of the noise was fine with a box fan and sound machine (both provided). The disadvantage of the noise is far outweighed by the location and the venue itself. It has plenty of space and is decorated with beautiful, current style. They even provided cute clear game day bags to carry into the game - they have thought of everything! We loved it!

Favorite place
This is our favorite place to stay in Auburn. We have stayed in both condos. Bedroom setup is better for couples in this one, entertainment space is bigger in the other. Both are fantastic.

After we arrived we noticed a few things were missing. I reached out to Amanda and she immediately came by (at 8pm!) to make it right. Great place with a perfect location on campus. Nice for entertaining guests too.

Loved this condo. Very spacious and roomy for my family. The outdoor area is also spacious. It is between two bars, however, we had no issue with the noise. Will definitely stay here again. Great location.

The Perfect Place!

Very nice place in a great location!
The condo was very nice and comfortable with many updated/modern amenities. We loved the downtown location across from campus, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The outside balcony was huge with a great view. The only downside was that the condo is right between a night club and sports bar that get pretty loud at night until about 2am on the weekend.

So convenient!
We stayed for a quick weekend to visit our boys. The condo was super clean, cute, and was a perfect spot for us. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook the boys and friends a home cooked meal. Everything is walkable. Perfect spot to soak up all Auburn has to offer!

Very spacious right on campus.
Super comfy beds, very spacious, in the heart of Auburn. Beautifully laid out with tons of amenities. Yes it is on top of 2 bars and the music is thumping. BUT we turned the white noise makers on and we slept like babies! Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome place!
Great condo! Excellent furnishings and well equipped! The only thing I couldn’t find was a dustpan or small vacuum to clean up crumbs. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Parking is a little chaotic as no one adhered to where they were supposed to be. However, construction workers behind the building were getting in the way. I knew that property was between two bars and it was loud until 2am but it didn’t bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described. Very clean, everything was great. It is between the two biggest bars and if you are a very light sleeper, you will definitely have issues falling asleep. It is walking distance to everything!!

We are sorry those appliances did not work during your stay. A breaker was tripped and that is the reason. Once re-set everything worked perfectly!

Excellent location! Close to everything AUBURN!
This condo is exactly what the listing states. No surprises. Great decor, comfortable beds and close to all restaurants within walking distance. Once you park behind the building you don’t need your vehicle until you depart. As it states .. the two clubs do stay open til 2:00 a.m. on the weekends.. so you will hear the boom boom music. Sound machines and box fans worked perfect though so me and my two boys had no problems. Definitely will choose this condo again and not just for a football game. Heather

Excellent decor and very clean.
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Very comfortable, nice amenities and thoughtful of guests in what was provided. The only things needed were more coffee cups, better lighting outside, grab bars in showers, and an easier lock on the doors. Was very hard to unlock with key from outside. But even considering those things, it is an excellent property!

Perfection caught between Sky and South
This by far is probably one of our favorite properties we have stayed in, while visiting our son at Auburn. I'm sure game weekends it is louder, but the noise from being between the two bars didn't bother us a bit. The sound machines helped, if needed...but the entertainment and the University, shops and restaurants, this was perfect. We can't complain about one single thing.

Right in the middle of everything
The Condo was great! it's in a perfect location. We were there to visit our kids and go to the football game . we could walk to everything. We never got in the car. It's a little loud at night because there bars on either side of the condo but the space is well equipped with white noise machines in both bedrooms that are a great help with that. Overall it was a great stay.

Amazing condo in the heart of downtown auburn
The location of this space could not get any better (unless you don't want to be in the middle of the downtown night life). It was so convenient to the stadium, campus, and all of downtown. The space is beautiful and comfortable. The patio is perfect for tailgating, people watching, and hanging out! All of our friends could not get over what an amazing space this was! Perfect for a weekend on the plains! Highly recommend!
