We loved the close proximity to Pictured Rocks and it’s a very short drive to the beach, which was nice.

Just what you'd expect for the price in this area. Property is in disrepair, but clean. Excellent option if all all you're looking for is a roof over your head for a night or two.

Cute hotel, not sure why theres so many negative comments the only thing that didnt work was the TV which was completely fine. Its also a 3ish minute walk from the beach which is perfect considering the price

This is a small family run property. The property is worn but the UP is brutal on properties. This is a great location between two larger towns with things to do. The room was small but had everything we needed for a quick trip. We spent the days exploring so it was a great space to crash at night. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition to the room. No frills but nicely put together and comfortable.

Just gross. Dirty carpet, Smelly water that stains all the plumbing. Old furniture and everything is basically in disrepair. Can hear people in neighboring rooms. Windows worked, heat and air worked.

I never write reviews because I understand that people have different levels of likes- I am not a fancy girl- Im mostly interested in cost effective options so I can manage low expectations- the mattress at the hotel was honestly worst then camping on a rock pile - I can look past the dumpster furniture, the tv smaller then my computer screen - but a mattress that has no barrier between me and the springs is where I draw the line -

Probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Location was very good, close to beach and pictured rocks. The room itself was extremely gross, the carpet was filthy, the shower was gross, and the ac unit was so loud. We chose to pay at the property and they never asked us to pay, just randomly charged our card a couple days after we left. The price was decent, but I wish we would’ve spent the extra money to stay literally anywhere else. We didn’t spend any time there other than to sleep and it still wasn’t worth it. Would not return.

The staff was great but the owner should put more money into their investment. Maintenance is lacking and amenities were very worn (microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater- rusty hot water, furniture). The tv is about 12 inches. If you are looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad- but if you want a hot shower with clean water this is not the place for you.

Simple, budget friendly, great location, had most of what I needed, minimum necessities. Didn't have a good place in the room for clothing or to put a suitcase or bag; only 1 hanger, and it was for pants. TV was very small. No ventilation in the bathroom. Next to party house, sounded loud and violent at about 3am.
