"We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. "Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. "This was my family's second stay here and we look forward to returning again in the future. We particularly enjoy having a more spacious room in the back where we can all hang out together -- and it also works as an additional sleeping area. The house offered more than enough space for our family of four (with two teens) and our dog - and provided quick and easy access to the bay and a short drive to the Washington Street Mall area of Cape May to explore the restaurants and shops. "We had a great time! The property was in a clean and quiet neighborhood with quick access to all the shopping and eats. Quick trip to the beach was super convenient. The home was clean and welcoming. The manager was super helpful and friendly along with making sure we knew they was available if needed. We will return to this home again! "

"I booked this for my husband and 10 friends to have a golf weekend down the shore. The property was better than expected. Huge rooms, plenty of space, great location. And he had one problem trying to figure out the garage door opener and I text the owner a question, and he replied back immediately. Can’t say enough great things about this house. "

"Our stay was outstanding! Thank you so much for the very prompt responses to my questions and the overall hospitality! The home was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The location directly on the beach can’t be beat! The beautiful new pool was an added touch. My only suggestion would be to add a little bit of shade to the pool area or back deck. It’s nice to come back from the beach and find a little reprieve from the sun. All in all, 5 stars and we plan on trying to come back!"
