Although I would love to give this property a 5 star review, there were so many good things about it, but I can't. First I'll state the positive. The house was roomy, clean and well appointed. great kitchen and wonderful family spaces. Decks and game room were great with beautiful views, and the kids had a ball crabbing and fishing from the dock. The location was close enough to the beach to walk or bike ride. we used our cars, since it was off season there was plenty of parking. When we arrived we couldn't get the pool / spa to heat up at all. At first I tried to contact the host through the VRBO app, with no results, but the next day I remembered he gave me a cell phone and Denis responded very quickly. He tried to give us directions to heat the pool, and finally had to FaceTime with my daughter and walk her through the process to get it working, after 24 hours we were finally able to use the pool/hot tub. Denis sent us a copy of the text with his pool guy requesting service, I appreciate that he thought it was done, but honestly not having the pool available for the first 24 hours was a big deal when you are paying so much. The other main issue we had was that there was supposed to be a 6 person golf cart available for us to use, but Denis said it was being repaired. His property description is very misleading. It says "On water,boat, jet skis, golf cart, hot tub/ice spa". It was on the water, but NO jet skis, golf cart or ice/spa that was usable.

Beautiful house, with great views of the bay and upgraded amenities. Host was very communicative and helpful. The 4 star rating is due to the misleading photos / listing name. There are photos of a boat, jet skiis, golf carts etc and none of these items are available to use (or even rent from the owners) seems misleading to have the name of the listing start off with ‘boat, jet ski, golf cart’ if they are not part of the rental. There was a leak in the hot tub/ pool (they are joined on the deck) so it was challenging to regulate the temperature & chemicals as it was needing to be filled nightly.

Our Annual Family Vacation

The Jersey Shore will always hold a special place in our family's heart. This home has everything anyone hopes for and more. It accommodated our family of 15 with room to spare...we appreciated every detail Denis and Debra made to make our week the best ever! They went above and beyond with helpful information and if we needed anything, they responded immediately. The location was close to everything we had on our wish list, but fishing off the dock, kayaking, enjoying the swim spa, the game rooms and all the house had to offer, made it very hard to leave!

Extraordinary Family Vacation Home

No words can capture how perfect this home was for our large family reunion. We have held family reunions every 4 to 5 years since the 90s, and, although the individuals may have changed over time from being the child to being the parent, everyone said this home was the best of all. The photos are great but the actual home is even better. I highly recommend this home for any family occasion.

The Perfect Week!

We are a large group that always travels together. This week was a wonderful stay. The house was gorgeous, large, and had everything and more that we could possibly want for a week of comfort and fun. So many extras and luxuries. The house was exactly as pictured online. Everyday we found a new surprise hidden in the nooks and crannies. The location was great, in a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants, CVS,,Acme, bike rental, and especially Richmans delicious ice cream! Our host Deb was extremely kind and helpful. She and her husband responded to any of our questions quickly , and went out of their way to solve and explain any minor issues. If you are looking for a perfect week at the Jersey Shore, this is the place! Thankyou again, Deb and Denis , for sharing your beautiful home with Us!!!!

Brigantine vacation

The house was incredible, each bedroom had its own bathroom and the view of the bay was outstanding with sensational sunsets. Everyone enjoyed their stay in this magnificent home.

Cousin/Birthday weekend

Had an amazing time, this property is gorgeous and the hosts were easy to work with and very responsive! All amenities were at our fingertips! The view was the best part! I have to say, they had the most COMFORTABLE beds, best night sleep!! Would absolutely recommend!

Great house...

We loved our time at this property! The house had everything we needed for our family get together. We had 11 people staying from 3-75 years old. Even though it was the off season, we had a great time. The games on the first floor were worth hours of time each day. The beach was a two block walk (and it was the offseason so we had it all to ourselves for walks – it is a huge beach). We also enjoyed shopping at the butcher and bakery, both within a couple of blocks. Communication with the owner was great, she was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our trip.

Family vacation

Let us start by saying we have stayed in some pretty amazing places all over the country and overseas. This property is simply outstanding!!! The pictures of the place are very accurate, but still don’t compare to being there in person. There was so much room for entertaining but also to have time to yourself. Each floor level from the game room in the garage, to the office/play station room, elevator off the garage to get your bags and groceries to appropriate floor is the bomb.com and on and on are all simply fantastic. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. The various areas to relax both in house and outside areas with pool and jacuzzi are simply wonderful. The bedrooms are all wonderful and the Master bedroom you won’t want to leave from. The view in to the bay from the main floor and Master is simply off the charts!!! Deb the owner we can’t say enough about, she is simply fantastic and makes her self very available. The super market, cvs, beach, restaurants, ice cream shops all within walking distance or few minute car ride. Tiki Toco restaurant is simply fantastic, we ate there multiple times this week and you definitely need to check out as it’s in walking distance. We had a simply AWESOME family vacation and HIGHLY recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing house in great location

Stayed for an annual golf outing with 12 college friends. House is amazing. Clean, spacious, rooms each with their own full bath. Game room with shuffle board and ping pong was a hit. Amazing deck with great views of the water and boats. Very conveniently located mins from AC boardwalk that we hope to visit when covid changes. Deb was a fantastic host and very helpful with any questions we had. She made herself available by text and phone at all times. We cant wait to stay again.

Luxury on the Bay

This is a magnificent home, with a great location. It has 6 bedrooms (every one has its own bathroom) and an extra powder room. There are several indoor tubs with jets (jacuzzis). There are refrigerators, sinks and flat panel TVs throughout the home. The master suite is the largest I've ever seen. The kitchen/dining room/living room could easily fit 20 people. There is an outdoor hot tub, a small swimming pool, three decks facing the bay, a game room, a sauna, and there is even an elevator to take your bags from ground level to the master suite. There is a dock leading to the bay, with a couple of kayaks (we used those), a paddle board, and wonderful views of the bay. My family and I used this property for our first getaway during the pandemic. It was so large that it felt like a hotel. We literally did not leave the home for 72 hours, and we felt that there was always plenty to do, and so much room that we all had plenty of space to work and play. (The wifi was outstanding-we did several video calls for work with no issues). And the property owner (Deb) was very very gracious. I have stayed at AirBnBs and 5 star hotels (Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton) all over the world (6 continents), and Deb has created an experience that rivals all of those. I highly recommend this place. I want to go back right now!

Fabulous for our family gathering

Our family totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home after my nephew’s beach wedding. The decor was elegant. The elevator was much appreciated for our 84 year old mom. There was something for everyone. The owner was easy to contact and answered any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Holiday

First, Deb is a terrific host. The house is so well designed for a large, multi generational family. We love to cook and the kitchen is a “COOKS” kitchen. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the master suite is the perfect getaway spot. Last, but not least, The views and deck were just perfect to relax and see beautiful sunsets. We hated to leave!!!! I want to thank Deb again for terrific hospitality and beautiful home

A dream getaway!

The house is amazing. Even nicer than advertised. We travelled with a 2,5 and 7 year old and felt safe having the children explore the home. It’s a perfect escape for a few families to relax and enjoy their time together. The sunsets and sunrises are magical. The home overlooks the bay with 180 degree views of the vast Bay Area. The view alone is worth a stay at this home. There are 3 decks - each eloquently decorated with comfortable outdoor furniture - from lounge chairs, to very cozy rockers to dinette sets. There are tons of amenities - bbq, jacuzzi, wave runner, kayaks, fire pit tables - to name a few. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each has its’ own full bath, TV and Alexa. We would recommend a bedroom on the main level for an infant or toddler. We set up my daughters pack and play and could easily hear the monitor from the deck -where we spent most of our time. It was also easy to black out these rooms to facilitate her sleep during the day and before sunset. The house is very clean and seems like all appliances and fixtures are new or very recently added. The kitchen is huge - perfect for large groups and the fridge/freezer combo is enormous. The kitchen is loaded with pots, pans, spices, coffee and cappachino makers and tons of gourmet coffee. The elevator is a wonderful addition - which made loading and unloading the car so easy. The main level game rooms have so many entertaining features - we felt as though we were at an actual arcade. Deb was a wonderful host. Responsive and quick to offer referrals. She even made calls for us. We will definitely book this home again and recommend it for any getaway with or without children.

Amazing fun and beautiful house . I rented this house for engagement party. It was perfect.

This house was actually better than advertised. I highly recommend it. I rented the house in March for an engagement party. We got to use the pool, hot tub and all of the amenities. There was even plenty of out door heating to sit outside at night. We comfortably slept around 12 people and there was definitely room to sleep more. The owner of the house was so nice and accommodating. 5 stars for everythingI would definitely recommend it.

Great house! Tons of amenities!

Annual retreat for 9 friends. House could not be more perfect. It's big, beautiful and full of great features from gas fireplaces to outdoor fire tables to extra large hot tub to indoor sauna....not to mention the game room, huge fridge/freezer and plenty of gathering space. The owner was more than accommodating, supplying plenty of towels/linens and always replying to text questions very quickly. Great proximity to casinos and walking distance to a couple restaurants, CVS, beer/wine.

Great Stay!

We attended an event in Atlantic City, and found Brigantine to be convenient and more toward our tastes. This home was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Amazing home on the Bay

Took our staff to the shore for a weekend of training & development. House had plenty of room for everyone and the family room was a perfect meeting space. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub & game room at night. I was very happy to wake up in the master and see an impressive panoramic view of the back bay. Deb was very easy to work with and very proactive with communication and questions.
