Bright and Clean place

The condo is not spacious but it has all the essentials for a short stay. You can’t beat the location. It is close to the boardwalk and shopping and eateries.

Small room, very clean, very close to boardwalk and beach, parking an issue, but we figured it out. Overall, it was a pretty great weekend get away . Maybe not good for a week or longer , you can cook there but i would not. Do it , we had a great time!

Everything Except the Bed

We really enjoyed staying here. The location couldn’t have been better. All the niceties were that—nice! But the bed, for us, was just too soft, leading to restless sleeping. But again, everything else was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little spot for beachy boardwalk fun

Everything you could possibly need for the beach, chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and even the coolest sand foot wash station I ever did see! The building is old and historic which lends a unique charm. The location cannot be beat. We intend to stay here again.

Tiny but perfect!

All communication was super simple & they got back to us so quickly! The place is small but it was perfect for 3 friends to have a place to lay their heads at night and enjoy the beach during the day. It’s a great location! Would highly recommend!!

Very cute place!

Room was clean and just as described. We did have a little trouble locating the building as there was no address on it. The description did include the name of the building but not a number. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. The only reason I would hesitate renting again is that it was so teeny tiny. We weren’t inside much so it wasn’t a huge problem. If was a fun experience.

Excellent communication and location, not comfortable for more than 1

Tyler is quick to respond and a gracious host. He left toiletries in a goody bag, including a pack of sunscreen and aloe. There were k-cups and kitchen/bath essentials. Location was great. The negatives were that the bed was very uncomfortable and if you have noisy guests above you, you will not sleep well. Tyler knows the people who own the unit above so contact him if there are issues. We left a note for the upstairs guests after night 1 but nothing changed but maybe the owner of that unit can quiet their own guests. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so tired and uncomfortable. For reference, I am 5’2 and my boyfriend is 6’3, both thin. If you are around our sizes or bigger, you won’t be comfortable in 179 sq feet. While we appreciate he location and communication, we will stay at another Vrbo next time even if it is further away from the boardwalk. Not worth the price, in our experience. But if you are a solo traveler or need this for just a night, it is a good stay.
