Modern, Spacious Beach Home!

We loved Wendy's rental unit. It was very spacious, with plenty of space for everyone in our group. We had 10 adults and could have easily fit a few more folks. Being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas provided at the rental unit was awesome, and the house itself was clean and modern. Wendy was friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Great location

Great location to beach and boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen. Beach passes, chairs and a beach caddy were so nice to have. A list of things that you need to bring with you would have been helpful...bar soap, hand soap, tissues, napkins, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc...Overall, a wonderful family vacation.

Happy Family Vacation

Was worried the house looked too good to be true, but it was even better than we expected! Plenty of room for our extended family vacation, had accommodations for the toddlers to the grandparents, and a perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks from the front deck. Was in the heart of OC which put all the kiddy attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance, but that does mean lots of crowds on the closest beaches. Just depends on what type of vacation you're looking for. Definitely recommend the house.

Family weekend pre Memorial Day

We got together with our five adult children prior to the start of summer and had a wonderful time in this spectacular, spacious house which was in the ideal location between the shopping district, boardwalk, beach. House provided everything needed for our stay and the July weather in May was a nice surprise.

The picture is misleading, they are building next door..so no extra lot for kids to play games...Great location next to amazing spa Abella...Very clean except for oyster she'll in sink disposal...we didn't eat oysters....Would recommend this house!!!

Great place to stay sat Ocean City

Fourteen or us, four generations, ages 18 months to 81 years, spend a delightful week in this pleasant, well furnished "apartment". The unit is on the third floor, with an elevator with great helped by wife, who uses a cane. Every bedroom and the "great room" have a large flat screen TV. There is wi-fi. The beach and boardwalk pleasant walk. There is a big porch on the front and a smaller one on the back, off the master bedroom. We really had a good time and recommend it highly.

Great Location to the Boardwalk and Beach!

We just returned from our stay in this home. The first thing I noticed upon arrival is how extremely clean the house was. The house was airy and bright (it's better in person than in pictures). The location could not have been better, you are merely steps away from everything. We were traveling with our two children (2 and 4) and walked to the boardwalk a minimum of twice per day. You are a block away from the main shopping street and with a restaurant at the end of the block. With the convenience of the home, I was concerned that it might be too noisy. I didn't find that to be the case at all. We spent a lot of time on the front deck, which was actually quite private. I would definitely rent this home again. The owner was extremely easy to work with and everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

Our family vacation @ Wendy's home in Ocean City

Our family vacation @ Wendy's home in Ocean City NJ was wonderful. The vacation rental was exactly as described...extremely clean, everything was working, all rooms were completely appointed with modern and well maintained furniture, dishes, TV's. Wendy and her husband were very thoughtful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Their rental was perfect to two 4 year old children and the entire unit was very spacious accommodations for 6 adults and 2 children. Property location is PERFECT...boardwalk, amusements, 3plus blocks from the beach and walking distance to stores, restaurants and supermarket. Off street parking was wonderful!! Nice Owners, Beautiful Property and Super Enjoyable! We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it! Cheers!

Love this home!!!!!!

Love this home! July 22-29, 2017 we stayed in 826 Wesley, the upper level of the building (the lower level is 824). We were a party of 9 with 5 adults and 4 teenagers in the 16-19 range and needed a 5 bedroom home. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, modern, and just 2-3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The house is well equipped, from the 10 beach chairs, caddy, umbrellas, and beach toys to kitchen supplies to an extra fridge for beverages. The elevator was perfect and only needed for check-in and check-out when we had tons of luggage and food. There is an outdoor shower and spigot that were extremely handy for sandy chairs and people to wash off. There is one parking spot in the garage, and one or two (depending up on the size of your vehicles) in the driveway. The owner, Wendy, is friendly, efficient and quite helpful - she was always extremely responsive and quick to get back with answers or solutions if needed. In other reviews for homes in this general area, I had the sense that it might be very busy and on the louder side since it's close to the boardwalk but we wanted to be within walking to the beach and boardwalk so we took the chance - and were very happy - we didn't find this area to be hectic at all, it was very peaceful and residential yet you also had some dining options within a block or two and the Acme was quite close as well. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again.

Very clean, fresh, new.

Nice home for us as first time visitors to OCNJ. It's block us just between the beach and main shopping area so very convenient, in the heart of the city. No scenic view from house but no big deal since we wanted to do more things outside. On rainy days we were stuck home and would have appreciated a better cable tv selection though. House is clean and new, great kitchen and elevator. Overall happy with the house it was just as described.

Wonderful Stay!!

This is a beautiful, clean and extremely well equipped property. Unpacking is easy as the elevator can take all of your belongings to the second floor without you even having to ride along. The décor of the home is extremely tasteful and everything in the home, i.e., dishes, pots and pans, utensils are of excellent quality. The only thing you need to bring is your linens and towels as this house has everything including toys for the kids, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach caddy. Wendy was onsite when we arrived and was helpful and also available throughout our stay. She is wonderful to deal with. The location is convenient to the boardwalk as well as downtown Ocean City. Just park your car (there is ample parking including an extra spot on the lot next door) and walk wherever you need to go. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, clean, new house perfect for a large family. Just spent a week there with lots of kids and the house had everything we needed (sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Lots of beds for everyone to sleep. Bedrooms all laid out in a long hallway, so kids could be closer to the front of the house if they woke up early and the adults were in the back of the house so they could sleep later. Nice porch, had dinner outside. Also has ample parking, nice lawn on side of property that the kids ran around in. No complaints at all! Owner is VERY quick to respond to any questions.

Clean, bright, and modern unit located a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown; location is ideal. Elevator made life easy loading and unloading, unit includes plenty of standard beach equipment; chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of space for lounging inside and out, bedrooms were small but comfortable with good storage. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

This is a new property with elevator and only 3 blocks from the epicenter of the Ocean City boardwalk which is ideal for walking to the center of all action. It is elegant and functional. Five bedrooms and 3 baths. Big flat screen TVs everywhere. In a testament to the owners' good taste, no hand-me-down furniture except maybe the queen beds. The king size bed was appropriately firm. The queens sagged but in the grand scheme of things minor distractions. Kitchen was excellent with a new, large frig, first rate flatware, dishes, glasses, etc. AC was excellent. It's a great value and the pricing reasonable. Owner was always available to help, even mediate the inevitable parking issues. this unit comes with space for 2 and possibly 3 cars. We would return again but expect great competition for booking this excellent shore home. Put this at the top of your list and book early.

Lovely new home, friendly accommodating owners, great location

Our family enjoyed this rental home for a variety of reasons. Most importantly, this home is new, clean & beautiful! The elevator came in handy especially when moving our belongings in and out and for our parents' use the entire week. We loved how close we were to the action on the boardwalk. This was very important for our family members who could not walk long distances. Homeowners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing beach holiday!!!

Brand New, Never touched our Car the entire week..Parents of teenagers best kept secret !!!

Have rented from the owners at their GoldCoast beautiful home,but the kids are teens now and was tired of shuttling them both ways to the heart of the boardwalk (7-12th streets) at night ( interfered with DUI concerns) So after renting in the GoldCoast for 7 years we tried this area in their new built home.....Let's just say for those who have teens this is the area to be in, the kids walked to the boards, the adults shopped and ate downtown never touched the car once we arrived. For the house, its brand new, spotless, has everything you could think of, providing beach chairs is a great amenity. The elevator made life easier for my parents but fought the urge to use it (needed to do some exercise) other then for the luggage. Always seamless dealing with Wendy (owner), great communication, easy to work with,and quick with returning deposits. In fact we just booked here for next summer which reminded me to write my review from this summer.....

I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation. The accommodations were well furnished, clean, and "just like home". The property is close to the boardwalk, shopping and many casual dining spots. The teenagers, kids, and adults each enjoyed something unique in Ocean City, and everyone was comfortable and pleased with the house and town. The owner was quick to react to all questions, and delightful to work with. Come and visit!
