The location of the place was reasonably priced, clean and easily accessible. Close to the beach, boardwalk, casinos and restaurants. The hotel had a large arcade, and waterpark as well as restaurants and a bar. This was nice considering our travel was delayed due to rain. As nice as all of that was, there were many issues. We did not have Wifi upon arrival and it took several hours to get assistance. Once we finally had access, the WiFi was too weak to even connect properly. There was only 1 tv located in the living room. The rooms were large but lacking design and furniture. Neighbors were loud due to some of them being residents in the building. The rooms were clearly older and could’ve been up-kept a bit more. We never saw any rodents or insects but we did see traps set out in the hallway. There were some dishes in the cabinet that were not clean at all and we had to take time to wash them before we could use them. Overall, the space was clean and tidy. The final night of our stay was interrupted as we slept because the fire alarm in the common area was activated. It took about 30 minutes for them to send security up and maintenance was able to eventually reset the alarm. It seems as if the other rooms did not have alarms going off at that time. As I mentioned in the beginning, this is located in a great spot and it was clean but we endured many issues that have us thinking twice before booking here again.
