The property was incredibly clean with a perfect amount of room for the two of us! We were greeted with an incredibly easy check-in process, and a cute welcome basket.

What an absolute pleasure staying at this property. Nearly everything is thought about. From entry to exit. There is a dedicated parking spot for the room. Keyless entry and instant check in. Upon arriving there was a lovely gift basket which included a half off fries bucket and half off drink (reusable) to be used at JiLLy's establishments. There were some waters and some candy. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed is king. The living room is large and comfortable. No minifridge... there's a FULL SIZE fridge. Dishes, silverware, oven, sink with garbage disposal. This room is so much more fully stocked than a normal hotel or beach stay. The walk is about 3 min from the boardwalk. Communication was nearly instant. Beach tags included. The only thing I would change about this room is that it backs right up to the theme park area. It can be bright at night and there are blinds but no curtains. Bring a mask if that would bother you.

Conveniently Located

The property was recently renovated and is conveniently located a block from the boardwalk/beach. There is a lot of light pollution, but surprisingly little noise. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Place in Great Location

Very nice place for a small family. Location was great as it is only a short walk to the boardwalk or beach. Can be there in just a couple of minutes. A nice little welcome package was waiting when we walked in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend!

Place is close to boardwalk and downtown. Other comments had mentioned the noise of the amusement park, but we didn't find it bothersome. Hosts are super attentive, thanks very much!

Perfect Location

The property was perfect for a long weekend getaway to Ocean City, NJ. The place is small, but set up well, and perfectly located with easy access to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue. If you go to bed early there is noise from the amusement park nearby, but that is part of the fun of a beach trip. After the amusement park closed down it was perfectly quiet in the area. It's a great place that we would book again.

Great location, lovely stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. It’s right off the boardwalk, at the point where the Ferris wheel is. House onwer was lovely, she had a welcome basket full of nice goodies including a $20 arcade gift card. So nice! Bed is very big we ended up not needing the pullout sofa bed. We’d stay here again!

Awesome Location

We had a good stay here! Perfect for a little weekend getaway for my family. We were a block away from the boardwalk, right behind Castaway Cove. Super close to Ocean City Coffee Company (which was awesome, but the location does have a keurig too!) Appreciate the fridge having a water/ice feature. If any of us had to use the bathroom it was quicker walking to our room instead of waiting in line (that close to the beach!). The previous guests accidentally left with beach tags, but Jody was great with making sure we had some before we were ready to go to the beach during our stay. Location was near all our family favs so as much as I enjoy some leisurely walks on the boards, it was great being close to everything. Also, the check in and out process was very easy. Very appreciative of that.

It’s Perfect!

To celebrate our 41st anniversary we travelled to Ocean City and stayed in this wonderful condo. When we arrived there was a welcome basket and a box of chocolates on the table. We had no problems at all during our 4 night stay! The nights and early mornings were quiet, and we had a marvelous little vacation. Thank you and we will be back!

Great location

Our family had a great experience in this space. The location is awesome and the overall vibe of the town is idyllic. Although it has an amusement park directly behind the building, it is closed during the week and only open on the weekends, so that wasn't an issue for us since we were there Tuesday and Wednesday. Our experience was easy and relaxing. There is always uncertainty when booking since you don't know what to expect, but this space was clean and we are very pleased with our stay. Would recommend it!

Location, location!

This listing was exactly as pictured. Small, yet cozy - perfect for staying several nights with my husband and baby. Check process was simple, host was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again! The location is fantastic - a short walk from downtown or the boardwalk and beach. Very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Unfortunate disappointment

Was great up until our stay. These reviews were such a surprise after seeing property. We checked in and these photos are definitely not updated. Did not seem like cleaning was done from last rental. Dirty, mac and cheese on walls, missing closet door, bed was messy, pillows thrown which made us look further into the sheet to find bed bugs. Called host, he was unprofessional immediately dismissing concerns, looking all over the apartment when I clearly stated they were only on the bed. Would not even look at my photos/video of the bed bugs. Had concerns with having our baby sleep here but dismissed all of our concerns. Would not give us our money back. Stayed at a hotel and loved our experience. Glad we got our money back and would never rent from this host again.

Great location

Nice 1BR condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. If you are sensitive to noise or light, this may not be the option for you. But if those things don’t bother you, and you want to be near the heart of the boardwalk, the beach, and downtown, then this is a fantastic choice.

Great Location, Perfect Place

My husband & I stayed here for a full week, Saturday to Saturday, & it was a perfect location for us! We usually book at the Impala, but decided to try something different. The condo is a block away from the boardwalk & was super convenient if we had to run back for anything. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures & it worked out great for the 2 of us. I think if we had more than 2 people with us, it would be a bit crowded. The only downfall for me was the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Not saying it wasn't livable, but you could tell the shower needed attention. Communication with Jody was easy as he was always available whenever we called with a question. Again, this is a great place with a great location!
