Location was great, the layout accommodated our 10 people very well. Check in was easy. It was a nice added feature that beach tags were included. The Kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans. Not sure if cleaning people should catch this but the cookie sheets and one of the frying pans were put away dirty.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect home for 10 of us across three families and three generations (ranging from age 10 to 80) to gather and celebrate multiple events. The house is an easy walk to the Boardwalk as well as close to the grocery store making for the easy combination of eating out or cooking in. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. The essentials like linens/towels/cleaning supplies/beach stuff/ bikes and more were provided making our stay easy. I hadn’t realized until reading descriptions of other houses that not everywhere provides linens etc. We came from Texas for a long weekend so having these items available made it so much easier! Everyone also appreciated the overall spaciousness, multiple balconies and rooms so we weren’t crowding each other’s space. The board games were definitely put to use for family game night too!Communication with the property owners/managers was easy and they checked in ahead of the trip to make sure we had the he codes and everything we needed. This was our first time to the shore and we are excited to plan another trip to this house.

Thanksgiving reunion

25 of my husband’s extended family stayed in this home alongside the neighboring property. Both homes were decorated well, very clean, fully stocked, and Kim and Steve communicated superbly throughout booking and our stay. The proximity to the boardwalk worked really well for the kids to be independent. I highly recommend enjoying your next vacation here!

Amazing location

We had a great vacation week. The condo is new and clean! Just as pretty in person as it is online. You are mere steps to the boardwalk which makes getting there a breeze. There are multiple decks to hang out on and there is a porch swing that was very helpful for families with infants. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bedroom is huge! We had a rainy week and spent a few days indoors and did not mind at all. We found the company was responsive and got back to us immediately with questions. One of the best rentals we have had! We would highly recommend renting from them for your next vacation.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Everything was perfect for a family gathering to celebrate our 50th anniversary. All ages were entertained by the proximity of the beach and the boardwalk. And the place was spacious so that we all had room for a few minutes of privacy if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, family friendly property just blocks from boardwalk

Nine of us stayed at this property (ages 12-78) and had a great long weekend. Property is in a very convenient location, near the heart of the boardwalk. The configuration of the property allows for large families to stay comfortably. We come back to this property every year.

Perfect stay following MS Ride

Kimberly’s house was the perfect place to chill out at after the MS City-to-Shore Ride. The house was exactly as described and the furniture was surprisingly comfortable. We have already rebooked for next year!

The perfect way to wrap up the summer🌞🌊🦀

We were so excited to see this hime after purusing all the amazing pictures and ready the description. This place lives up to its reputation and more. The communication with the owners was timely, helpful and the owners demonstrated patience at all times. I could have lived on all the porches!! The people watching, weather and gathering of friends and family was priceless. The kitchen was wondeful to cook in!! There were many oils and spices to use in recipes already in the home. Having all the beach equipment we needed at the house was beyond helpful and significantly lightened the load when packing. The open concept with the kitchen, dining room and den brought us all together and many game nights we’re had in this gathering area. This house truly felt like a home. I hope you get to enjoy it

Fantastic Rental!

Excellent well-maintained, clean property - close to beach/boardwalk, parking for 3 cars, roomy, great for large families. Loved that sheets and towels were provided! Another bonus - beach tags! Nice outside areas to gather. Owners very responsive, easy to contact, easy to work with. Only drawback - 47 stairs from front door to top floor! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Kim!
