PARKING: Parking is in the left driveway space and fits one car. Street parking is also available.
STAIRS; There are about 6 steps leading up to the front door, then 4 interior steps from the living room to access all of the bedrooms.
Attached Home: This home is a single family attached home. This means our home is attached to our upstairs neighbors home. Neither of the two homes share any entrances, spaces, or amenities.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM.
