Jeff was very accommodating, as we did want to extend our stay a bit! He was aso quick to communicate and respond to questions.The house was warm, inviting and comfortable! All the rooms are spacious! It was perfect for our gathering of friends and family!, The kitchen was well stocked with evert kitchen gadget you could need! Many blenders, bullet, and even a crock pot! (Wish i'd known, as i brought my own)Jeff supplied basic spices and oil which are always a plus! TV s in every room is also nice, though i admit we are usually challenged with the set ups, but we could figure out! Good location for shops and restaurants. Easy to walk in town.We had a great stay...hope to stay there again! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place over the weekend. Even the not so great weather didn’t put a damper on our spirits! The place is huge, quiet and clean. It was very close to the shops on Asbury and not that far from the boardwalk. Loved having the elevator to bring all of our stuff in and always appreciate keyless entry. All of the furniture was comfortable, and the place is nicely decorated. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We took my daughter and a few of her friends for a 16th birthday trip. Jeff's condo was perfect! Beautifully laid out, close to everything and the elevator was a huge plus! Washer and dryer too. Enough beach chairs, beach tags and a parking permit covered everything! Jeff was incredibly communicative and made our trip, before and during, way less stressful. Will definitely look to book again.

EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR STAY

Eight family members stayed at the condo for 4 days, and had a great time. We wanted for nothing. Three of us were cooks, and loved all of the kitchen equipment. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. We will certainly recommend this condo and hope to use it again next year.

Wuick trip to OCNJ

Great location in OCNJ. We were within walking distance to everything (beach, boardwalk, shopping on Asbury and restaurants). Host was always quick to answer questions, provided easy to follow check in instructions, and the condo had everything you could need including elevator. I would definitely stay again.

OCNJ 2024-Annual MiMi Family Trip

I cannot say enough about this property. My family and I all agreed that we definitely will go back to stay again. The place is so clean! So comfortable as well! The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. The living room is so cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms are amazing...and the details even include the shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash top notch quality for the shower! The elevator into the apartment was amazing for bringing up all of our luggage, (especially packing with young children) and the balcony so comfortable for lounging outside. The walk to the beach is not tremendously long, and the kids actually enjoyed riding their bikes to and from the beach. Communication with the host is great. He is quick to respond and attentive to our needs. I think I have found my for ever NJ rental. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! Michele

Excellent Location

Plenty of room for the entire family. from the kitchen to bed rooms to bathrooms. windows everywhere to let the sunshine in when getting ready to head to the Beach. The elevator is a plus for a 3rd floor rental. the Family did not want to leave. Great Time.

Perfect for teens!

This property was exactly as described - clean, close to everything, and well equipped. We appreciated all of the extras - beach chairs, tags, and even household supplies left for us. Jeff was responsive with any questions I had. My family loved the ease in walking to everywhere, though I would have loved more of a view from the deck (police station next door) and a little more quiet, but it wouldn't stop me from renting again.

Perfect family house

Our family had our annual OCNJ trip and chose to stay at this VRBO listing. The property was close near all the shops, beach and boardwalk. All the necessities were provided. This is a great house with kids, as it’s large and all on the same level. The elevator access directly to the unit is a huge plus too!

Ladies weekend

This was the perfect place for us six women to gather and reconnect. The property was well stocked with everyday items and everything we needed to bring was noted in the description before booking so we were well equipped. Jeff made sure checking in and parking instructions were giving since they were a bit complex, and with following his directions made it a breeze. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do so this was perfect for us. And when we did have questions for the owner, he was easily accessible and answered us quickly.

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and great location

We visited this apartment for a girls weekend. It was perfect. 6 beds and 4 bedrooms. The apartment was spacious and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. The apartment was furnished beautifully and stocked with shampoos, soaps and all the 'extra's. so thank you! We did provide our own towels and linens, which is to be expected in most ocean city rentals. The elevator was a plus for getting our items into the unit. The owner was very responsive as well. The only 'negative' is that there is only 1 official spot, although you are also given a parking pass to use. We had 4 cars. Since we were off season we easily found parking on Wesley between 8th and 9th on the streets, but during 'on season' that could be more difficult, but something you can easily find a spot. Once in this apartment you do not have to use your car at all, it is in the middle of downtown with easy access to the supermarket, stores, boutiques, boardwalk and the beach. Thank you again for a great stay!
