There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City.
This condo is in the heart of Brigantine. Everything you need is walking distance within a few blocks, including CVS, dining, ice cream, pastries, carry-out alcohol, and more. With just a short walk to the beach, there's no need to spend your morning looking for parking, you're already there!
Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked with the unit you rerserved. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.

BEACH TAGS Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable. Please remember to log out before you depart.

TRASH Trash day is Thursday. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. Please make sure all trash are in the bins, with the lids closed.
Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. * No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected. * No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected * We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, * we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents *Please remove shoes *Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels). *Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. *If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older. *We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Basketball weekend trip
My daughter had a basketball tournament in Atlantic City and we chose this place stay due to location and the pics online. The location was great, place was very clean and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

DO NOT STAY HERE
When we arrived we were very disappointed to see the condition the apartment was in. There were tons of stains on the couch, which by the way is a very uncomfortable cheap outdoor furniture set. The walls had marks all over the wall. One of the curtains had been ripped off the walls. I had to clean the floor when I arrived. The worst part was the FLY EGGS scattered on the floor. We were terrified of bed bugs. And the entire weekend we were finding all kinds of bugs. I had to constantly spray bug killer. I never write reviews but felt like I needed to share this one. I do not recommend staying here.

Perfect confo for our family - close to beach and close to everything else
Trip was last min getaway with my wife and our 5-yr old daughter and we stayed for 5 days.
Condo itself was great and only 1.5 blocks from beach and we also walked to the playground and mini-golf, about 10-min or so to get to each.
Owner was really good about reaching out with details in advance and quick to reply when there were questions. Tons of windows and natural light and we never needed to turn on the air since it was in the 70s outside and we could get a really nice breeze through the living room-kitchen and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is small but very functional with a nice gas range and the raised table also works well as a prep table. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the ACME in Brigtaine is (not quite as good as Wegmans but the nicest ACME I've been to) and was a great option to have a nice dinner at "home" when weather was bad or my daughter was tired and we could just relax. Condo was clean and everything inside was basically brand new too which certainly helped.
There was an auto shop across the street and I expected it to be loud but aside from an occasional car starting, there was very little noise from that and sleeping with windows open overnight, there was very little outside noise.
I will definitely look this one up again next time we head to the shore
