OCEANFRONT TOP FLOOR UNIT at A Place at the Beach, Beautifully Renovated

  • The views are absolutely stunning at this oceanfront condo at A Place at the Beach! This unit is on the top floor (3rd floor) and is DIRECT OCEAN FRONT with one of the best views on the beach! The unit was completely renovated with granite counter tops throughout (kitchen and bathrooms), floors, and stainless steel appliances.

    You will be able to sit and watch the waves roll in up and down the beach from your own private balcony and views are amazing! You are conveniently located right next to the private boardwalk that takes you right to the beach!

    The complex features a huge outdoor pool with a 150 ft water slide that is an absolute hit with kids. There is also an indoor pool with a hot tub that was renovated for the 2020 season, as well as another outdoor hot tub. There is an on site tennis court, basketball court, putt-putt, and a fun outdoor playground with a huge courtyard lawn.

    There are both gas outdoor grills nearby and charcoal grills on site for your convenience to cook up some delicious meals!

    A Place at the Beach III is an oceanfront property and has a private beach access/boardwalk. The complex is arguably one of the the most fun and family friendly on the beach!

    Located a 1/4 mile from Fort Macon. Convenient to Morehead City (5 mins), Beaufort (10 mins), the NC Aquarium (15 mins), Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout. The Oceanna Fishing Pier and Amos Mosquitos restaurant are a couple mins away. There are many things to explore in the area, although you will find everything you need for a fun family vacation right on the property and will probably never want to leave.

    This unit is on the 3rd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a washer and dryer inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.

    Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.

    They rent pack-n-plays, strollers, high chairs, toys, and so much more! All professionally cleaned and sanitized, and delivered right to you at check in!

Fabulous Stay

The unit was perfect for a relaxing time. The view on the deck alone makes this place worth while, but everything else was amazing as well. Comfortable living room, spacious bedroom and well stocked kitchen. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fun family beach week!!

This is the 2nd year we have used this unit and the one below, same owners. We always have spacious accommodations for the whole family. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to texts. The property is perfect for families!

Beautiful Place to Stay

This location was lovely and comfortable. Being so close to Fort Macon State Park allowed for beautiful morning walks along the beach. The condo community has a very nice pool and the property grounds are well maintained. The beachfront view from the unit was terrific!
