Overall stay was good. Hot tub didn't work but not the condo owners fault. Wifi didn't work either. Someone loaded the toilet paper roll backwards as well, instead of over the top they went underneath.

This property is in a great location. It is quiet and tucked away, but has easy access to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City. The grounds are well maintained and the view of the ocean is fantastic. It is a short walk to the beach and there is also access to the sound. The elevator was super helpful to us since both me and my partner have some mobility issues. Parking was convenient, but we imagine that during peek times, it could become dicey.The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There were plenty of linens; however, we felt that additional paper products (paper towels/toilet paper) could have been provided as a courtesy. Our only concern with comfort/furnishings is that for someone with mobility issues, there is not good seating available in the unit.Our main deterrent from staying here again is the TV set-up and the internet. Both were terrible! The TV is the secondary bedroom (Queen) was a breeze, but we were not able to make the TV in the primary bedroom (King) operational which was very frustrating. The TV in the living room was a struggle as well, but we were able to get it to work with determination. The internet was awful which may have been a significant contributing factor to the TV situation. I own my own business so not having reliable internet is of great concern to me.Thank-you for the opportunity to stay in this property.

Very nice place to stay, rained quite a bit while we were there, but it was very easy access, any questions i had received quick responses, beach and pool access were right outside our building. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was not as clean as we expected. There dead bugs behind beds and furniture. We found dirty socks underneath bed, left by previous guests. The bedroom were not spacious either.

The location is great. We have stayed at other condos at this location without issues. The pictures when viewing the listing are not accurate, this condo needs updated furnishings throughout. Living room and bedroom room furnishings , decorative pillows and linens are worked out and badly stained. Unit mirrors had not been cleaned. Handprints along the sides of the living room mirrors and water spots all over the master bath mirrors. Master toilet seat is stained all over lid and seat with what appears to be hair dye. Kitchen had dried food all over the granite by the stove , left over food in the kitchen sink drain and dried milk in the refrigerator. Dining room table had long hairs stuck to it . Balcony littered in chips and cheezits. Guest room bunk bed linen had large smears marks. Other guest room has a broken bead frame, socks , coke bottle and pringles can under the bed, the sheets were full of sand and had not been changed prior to our stay. Had to buy hand towels as there zero then along a kitchen sponge as not a new one, the one there was nasty and worn out. Also, no guest book to write how your stay went or gust instructions and local recommendations.Not a good listing , will never stay week long in this unit again. Property management needs a new cleaning service at the very least .

Beautiful location and steps to both the beach and the pool. The condo was very comfortable, although some of the furnishings are beginning to show a little wear. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee (great Ninja coffee maker!).

A diamond in the rough. This is an awesome condo. I am sad to say it is in much need of TLC on all levels. For example, the furniture, kitchen cabinets, counter tops are great; however, the appliances and cookware were either rusted out, ill repaired, nasty or absent. Likewise, the bathrooms, deck, etc. need much updating. There is a lot of potential here, but not currently up to par.

Nice condo close to beach and pool

Everything was as listed. View of ocean was great, heated pool was lovely. Access to the sound was a real plus. It would have been improved by having more kitchen basics (pool safe cups, ziplocks, etc). Great stay on a great beach!

Fabulous location

We came for a mid-winter respite and quilting retreat. The rooms were comfy and well-appointed. The bathrooms were generously sized, and the place was decorated very tastefully.The toaster is a hazard, and needs replacing soon to be safe! Bathroom rugs are sticky and over-worn. otherwise perfect!

January at the beach

We stayed 3 weeks. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had an issue with a coffee pot and we got an immediate response and a new coffee pot shipped to us. The living room furniture is tired and could use a good cleaning. Would recommend.

Quick family getaway

This location was perfect for our needs. Home was spacious and well stocked, conveniently located right next to elevator. The deck has cozy dinettes with a front row view of the ocean. I especially liked the heated pool. I was able to go directly from the hot tub to the pool with no temperature shock! I am hoping to visit again

Nice place with great views

Property is located close to pool and Hot tub and nice view of the ocean. Complex in good area if you don't mind driving to either end of island or get to shops etc. Condo furnishings were comfortable but could use some updating. Queen bed mattress could be replaced as is a bit uncomfortable and kitchen supplies added, ie some new pans, toaster, utensils and kerig coffee maker. Over all we managed as ate our dinners out. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations.
