Got to the location. Checked in. When I got to the room. The code didn’t work. Called the host several times. He finally called back and changed the code. I got in the room and another couple was in the unit, in bed SLEEP. Getting the host back on the phone to reconcile the issue was like pulling teeth. The process took 45mins to a hour to get the host on the phone. The whole time, my wife and 5 kids was outside waiting in the car. I didn’t stay in the property and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been a week now.
Please just cross your T’s and dot your I’s when booking.
