This hotel refuse to cancel the reservation when contacted 15 minutes following the reservation being made by error - which I believe was a system problem. The reservation was booked as nonrefundable, which was discovered when a credit card alert was received on my iPhone. Despite immediately contacting Expedia about the error, and multiple times, the reservation was never cancelled. The reservation was made more than two months prior to the travel planning so there was no time issue. AVOID THIS HOTEL is my recommendation. From my perspective, the customer service is unacceptable. As a closing note, I have consistently found the customer service at Expedia to be polite but useless and ineffective for addressing concerns about bookings or complaints about service.
