Thanks for staying with us. The temperature is set to 70 degrees overnight. There are base heaters in the closet if that is too cold. All guests in short term stays need to clean up after yourself. If you are looking for daily maid service, the hotels will provide that. Thanks for staying!

Sorry to hear you misread the property description. It is stated that you are getting a private room a d private bathroom but share the house. We have standalone apartments as well, but they do cost more money. The room you had is large and spacious with king bed and 65" tv. Cleaned well and you have run of the house and patio. Well worth the money. It's a shame your review didn't reflect how nice the suite was but rather your misunderstanding.

They didn't have papers for their dog. Because there is so much fraud when it comes to sneaking pets in, we require full and valid papers presented before checkin...or you cannot bring dogs in. Also, we have one suite designated as pet friendly and they booked another one.The said they understood completely as they are Airbnb hosts as well....but decided to leave a negative review anyways.

Guest brought multiple pets into house and was asked that she remove them or she would have to leaveShe neglected to declare them at checkin nor showed any papers for them.They left without further problem but decided to get their revenge by leaving an unjustified bad review.

I'm sorry you didn't feel you had a good stay. We advertise very clearly that while we don't restrict you from checking in any time, we do not provide support 24 hours per day but rather 8AM to 11PM as we are a guesthouse and not a hotel with 24 hour front desk.. Its what you agreed to on your reservation. If you want to have 24 hour checkin support, then a hotel is the best option for you at a much higher price for that service. I can understand how you're tired and impatient at 130AM...the photos are exactly correct....but we will take the rest of your suggestions to heart. Thanks for staying

Yes...it is advertised as such. We have a number of suites, some with shared facilities and some standalone apartments. Much better quality stay than a hotel at a fraction of the cost. Everyone loves it!

Sorry about that! Cleaning staff dows clean up daily and any trash is definitely thrown out. I understand you received it back fine. We note that you extended your long term stay so you loved the unit and the place....so your review is solely based on leaving your things in a public space. The suite itself that you wanted to keep extending is the master bedroom with tons of space, a desk, king bed and large screen tv. Great choice!

No communication from guest what may not have been satisfactory. If there is ever an issue, we repond very quickly to make it right. The room is lovely and is as advertised. King bed, clean, large TV, shared bathroom and shared patio, kitchen and living room.

Sorry to hear your stay wasn't good. You saw a water bug (roaches are small). It's the season and they come in when the door is left open by guests. Unfortunately, sometimes lint can be missed by cleaners.... Washer and dryer is not advertised to be included and rarely exist in airbnb suites

Thanks for staying with us. We did not know there was any issue at all with your stay. you didn't mention anything wrong until after your stay? The bedroom is 10x10, with a king size bed, a full desk, closet and plenty of room to walk around. It can't even be considered a small room. There is a small part of one blind "blade" that has broken off, but this does not impact your stay! We do use pinesol on the floor so can be sticky if there is a bit too much. If there was anything the maids missed or needed attending to, we always address it...but no comments from you besides this review.

Sorry to hear your experience was not good. There is a base heater in every rooms so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Some of the rooms we have do have shared bathrooms which are communicated through the listing. The prices for these are set lower to compensate. Unfortunately not all guests read the listing before booking. There is indeed a 25 cleaning fee, which is standard amongst airbnb and other short term rentals. It's done so guests don't jump from room to room and drive up housekeeping costs. This helps us keep our rates low.

Sorry to hear that...we are in the season where temperatures swing low at night and high during the day...so the ac and furnace are competing against each other. Happens for a couple of weeks in the fall and again in the spring. It's all good now

Thank you for staying! It's difficult to know how to improve or what was the issue that you have such a bad review. We know the room was super clean and bed comfortable. It's quiet at night...and you have lots of privacy. The sheets are Egyptian cotton and you have a large screen tv in the room. Can't think of anything we could have done to make it better...but perhaps you just didn't realize you had to share the facilities. No problem...It happens when guest doesn't read the listing We try to make each guest stay tye best possible!

Unfortunately, no hotel or house is built with insulation between the walls. The reason for this is these buildings are never built for sound proofing, just the exterior walls will have insulation for keeping warm/cold air in. Sounds like you LOVED the place though...Thanks!, but gave the entire place a 2/5 for insulation issues....which is not something any guest house can do something about.

Hi Miguel...thanks for staying with us and for the great review. We do pride ourselves in giving luxury amenities for a very reasonable price. Shower is standard size, but yes, can only accommodate one person comfortably at a time.

I'm so sorry you did not have a great experience. Neighborhood is fantastic....its all families in the area who are super friendly with each other. Room is as large as a hotel, but does contain a king bed which takes up more space, as no one wants extra wide walking around space if they can have a king bed instead.
