It was absolutely perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

The house and set up were great. Location to highway was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. My only two complaints is that the alarm system was not working properly and kept going off. The code we were sent did not work and the alarm was being triggered with the inside sensors and the front door. The Host did finally message back and they might have turned off virutal, we do not know becuase communication was lacking. When they did their after first night follow up. I mentioned that the house was not cleaned well. The floors were dirty, you could feel debris and there were beads and gliter all over in a room, there was food debris in the sink and the bathrooms had hair in the shower and around the toilets. The Host did not respond to my message. Was the house cleaned before our stay I could not fully say. The host also needs to do a clean cycle on the washer as their is mold growing from closing the doors on the front loader when it is still wet.

We stayed here with two grandparents, parents, and young children and had an excellent stay. The location is close to all of the Atlanta attractions and everything we needed was nearby. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating. I would stay here agaib.

This was our second stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, and the hosts are professional. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. The two separate spaces gives us the opportunity to hang out together or chill on our own. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you’d need to prepare meals (pots/pans/dishes/cutlery). We now look forward to staying at this property every year.

The check in process was super easy, and the host checked in on us from time to time. She was very responsive and attentive for the entire stay. We did see opportunities for better cleanliness and maintenance.

Exactly what we needed

Business trip with several people. Perfect size for multiple people. Kitchen/dishes well stocked. Plenty of towels. Location is quiet- but you drive through a bit of a sketchy area. Stayed nice and cool for a summer in Atlanta. Parking is plentiful. Beds are comfortable. Hosts were on top of everything we needed/wanted. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property

My family and I rented this location for a family trip to Atlanta. The property manager was very responsive and checked with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was exactly as listed and everyone was very comfortable. Location to all the things we wanted to go to was great and very easy for us to get there. also we would highly recommend the restaurant Mi Barrio. fabulous food!!!

Need to be more transparent regarding the property and location. The address should have been provided prior to making the payment. Recommendation: housekeeping should come prior to the guest checking in. I had some problems navigating the televisions. 3 of the televisions was difficult to operate. Therefore we had to use our personal devices. The linen was cleaned but pay attention to when the linen becomes worn. Parking was fine but landscaping could be improved. Recommendation: when the landscaper come please inform the guest or cancel when the guest is there. The effects of this was on our cars. Thank you!!

Phenomenal

This place was exceptionally clean and not a single necessity was lacking! Clearly the owner is will organized and all elements worked together for the benefit of the guest. The place had plenty of off street parking and ready access to major freeways. My daughter, who went to school in the area, said the guest book was right on point as a guide for things to see and do in Atlanta and the surrounding area. The owner was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. This VRBO enhanced our visit to Atlanta in very pleasant, unexpected ways.

Quiet family friendly duplex

This property was perfect for the 3 generations we had with us. It was the perfect quiet neighborhood we were looking for. The drive to and from the airport was under 20 mins. The property manager made contact with us to ensure everything was well during our stay. We enjoyed being able to have the connecting units but also the ability to have your own space. The foosball table was popular as the oldest at 87 years old and the youngest at 12 years old enjoyed several evenings playing. If you are traveling as a family I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed by the location or the property. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay including more than one bathroom, plenty of closet space and 2 kitchens!
