El cuarto esta limpio, las instalaciones estan un poco descuidadas pero el cuarto esta bien para pasar la noche. Super cerca del aeropuerto, excelente.

An extremely dirty place. It stinks from the entrance to the lobby and the rooms are in a very bad state of cleanliness. It represents an even bigger health safety problem in times of pandemic. The attention of the person at the front desk was kind, but that does not solve the serious problem of the facilities.

It is a motel, if you are looking for a family friendly hotel this is definitely not it. Hallways smell like insecticide and smoke every day, elevator is really poor and dirty, reception has pretty bad customer service, but that depends of the person is attending. First time I came I didnt received all the information I needed, the dorm's safe didnt work, I didnt get my selected room, 2 times when I arrived really late at my room the card to open it didnt work. A few days later I asked to be transfered to the my original King size bed room selected, and I was assigned to the last room in the hotel in the last floor. Good things? Shuttle to the airport (Some times arrives late and could take a trip to every hotel in the area). Breakfast in kind of normal 7am to 9am, if you go 30mins before closing you wont find anything. Besides that nothing else, I honestly wouldnt recommend it unless you are really in a hurry and need somewhere to sleep.

Das Hotel hätte eine Generalrenovierung nötig. Es war aber sauber und das Personal war nett und kompetent. Frühstück leider mit VIEL Plastikabfall verbunden. Der Lärmpegel (Flughafennähe) war niedriger als erwartet. Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen hat gut funktioniert, die Shuttle sollten aber für die verschiedenen Quality Inn besser beschriftet sein.

Can’t beat the value.
For the price? Cant beat it. Room was super clean, super comfy, & I was allowed to check in early at no additional fee. Water pressure was fine & water was very hot. Just gotta let it run for a few seconds. Only complaint but not really a complaint is the TV. The volume was strange. If you cut it up or down it took while to catch up. But that didn’t bother me much at all. It was quiet. Nobody arguing or smoking. Nothing. Overall great stay. Would stay again.

Need for speed
Overall my experience was great. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. I made a noise complaint at 3am because the three individuals next door to us decided to be up yelling and arguing with each other at that time. I made my initial call to report and every call other that went unanswered. Those people yelled for at least 3 hours unaddressed.

They advertise a shuttle! When i came at 23.30 no shuttle available!! Had to take a taxi! The girl on checkin has to be the worst person I've ever deal with!!! When my sister called, gal didn't transfer call!! Nor did she answer phone when I called down! Breakfast was almost non existant!

The staff was so friendly, and very informative on the things we asked about. Our room was really nice. The laundry area was also nice. Vending machines were stocked. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Other than the poor condition (remote missing the back/didnt work, no hot water for eve shower, smoke detector missing) and the lobby smelling like a Snoop Dog concert… for the money and for one night it was a good value. Breakfast was better than expected. Comfortable beds. VERY NICE STAFF!

Found a bed bug so we left within an hour of checking in. Lady at the counter did not cancel our room when we asked for a refund and it charged our account double. Very dirty beds that smelled really bad and had a lot of stains. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

The bathroom was gross. The tiles weren’t secured to the floor. The tub was peeling and grey. Tv didn’t work. I called the front desk 10 times no answer, the attendant was in the office and was rude. The entire floor smelled like pot. I left the premises at 2am. Preferred to sleep on the floor at the airport than be at this hotel.

The place smelled terrible there was a wad of gum on one of the bed coverings. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and there was mold in the bathroom.

There was no shuttle from domestic terminal to this hotel and i litterally waited 2 hours before grabing a taxi before being told this is normal.... Hotel itself needs refreshment for everything and is super noisy

I asked for a morning wake up call at check in but did not receive it. There was no coffee in the room, only tea. The ironing board was broken. Remodeling on some of the rooms was going on after 9:00pm.

Room wasn’t the cleanest there was a fork left on the ground and some crumbs on the desk. Bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. In the need of minor repairs. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Had trouble arranging pickup at airport but ride to airport was timely . Front desk staff was friendly.
