Excellent location. Beautiful trees surrounding the property. Huge amount of living space. Kitchen was fully stocked. The mattress was so comfortable. Communication was prompt and accommodating. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

CLEAN & SAFE in upscale area

Oh my goodness! We have been traveling for our birthdays/anniversary and booked 7 VRBO’s for our two week travels. This was #5 on our itinerary. Up to this point we had encountered some pretty bad ones so I was so discouraged. This place here though did not disappoint. The neighborhood is in a VERY nice area. The home is VERY clean. It did not wreak of “houseitosis” (smell of filth). The owner was very responsive and kind. No need to worry about cleanliness, comfort or security here. It was PERFECT! I am extremely picky so if I say it was all of that, you can rest assured it was all of that and more.

Great Stay

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here to attend The Chicks concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. It was only a ten minute drive and we were glad that we stayed here and not a hotel. Our favorite part was relaxing by the pool that we had to ourselves! We would definitely stay here again!

Went to GA with my son for a Baseball Tournament. Place a super clean, and had everything we needed. Ms. Courtney was an awesome host always making sure we were comfortable. Definitely will stay again next year. Great experience

Perfect location in Roswell

This property met our needs perfectly. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as close to friends we were visiting. The apartment was missing some basic items like an iron and ironing board. The hosts I'm sure would have provided it for us if we had asked but we only needed it once. I also missed having a washer and dryer in the unit. Though it states it in the description, I just missed it. Well supplied with other items though and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, convenient, good location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and in a location that provided convenient access to Truist Field, the Atlanta Botanical Center, and numerous restaurants. Highly recommended!

Roswell Homestay

This home was well equipped! We had everything we needed. The variety of toiletries was appreciated. The extras, great variety of Keurig cups including hot chocolate, snacks, water, soft drinks all was great. We had great communication with our hosts. Loved the screened in porch that was a great extra. Also a garage to park in with rainy weather it was perfect. The place was large & the bed was comfy, so important. Thanks for a great stay.

Great guest house and location

Perfect place to stay and would definitely return. This area of Atlanta doesn’t have hotels right there, so was centrally located to the family we visited. Some pool time was a bonus!

We love this place.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The property is always clean, quiet and cozy. Close to Ameris Bank amphitheater which is our favorite outdoor venue. We love the pool and easy access to it. The area of this place is nice and inviting. We will be back.
